The closing on our house was delayed due to documents. I understand this happens however Rhonda’s office didn’t communicate appropriately with us and when we expressed our concerns to Rhonda, we were dismissed. I had used Rhonda’s office for a previous sale of my house. If there are no hiccups she’s ...great. If there are opportunities she has no problem leaving you hanging. I wouldn’t recommend her. Buying/selling a house is stressful enough. You deserve an attorney who is going to go the distance for you.

I should have read other reviews before hiring this attorney to handle my real estate sale. An equal balance of polar opposite 1 and 5 ratings is a major red flag! My mistake for choosing this office to represent me. Unfortunately, I can't select a zero rating. Poor responsiveness, not able to fo...llow directions, numerous errors on the closing documents. Get this...I reviewed and made comments/corrections to the closing statement twice prior to closing and the statement used at closing was still wrong! And not just minor errors...the sale price was not correct! Akl's office blamed the buyer team for not wanting to accommodate the corrections when, in fact, Akl's office dragged their feet until the last minute and did not give the buyer team any other option but to accept the errors. The buyer did not know what amount to write the check for until 5 pm the day before closing. Unbelievable. There are better options out there for real estate attorneys...so avoid this office and you'll be glad you did.

We hired her as seller attorney. We were trying to sell from and get away from the small/low growth city and the buyer was trying to short change us. On the day of the deal, the buyer threatened to walk out of deal since they didn't find something which was not written in contract. Rather than repre...sent us, she started putting pressure on us to cave in on price. We tried to be reasonable however she put more pressure on us to cave in. We stood our ground and deal happened late in day. She was unapologetic for her behavior.

I first contacted Ronda for consultation on a property I was interested in. Ronda was very helpful and I felt like she was working just for me and nobody else. As a result of that feeling I decided to hire Ronda as my real estate lawyer. In the last year Ronda has represented me in four real estate... deals and I am still amazed each time with not only her service but also her team. Real estate agents of the sellers have mentioned to me how quickly Ronda and her team have reached out to them to gather information. This makes me feel even more confident that I have a lawyer that represent me in every way to ensure I don't run into any surprises after the deal is done. Anytime I want to speak or email anybody at the office, I can that same day. Peace of mind knowing I picked the right team is a great feeling. When I am ready to make a purchase offer on a property, I notify the sellers agent and Ronda. Then I sit back and let Ronda and her team do what they do best and they always reach out and let me know how the progress is going and what will be coming next. I appreciate their honesty,handwork, and dedication every time they represent me. I cannot speak to the other review on this page, but I can speak to the experience that I have had working with Ronda and her team. Just to think it all started with a Phone Call.
