The closing on our house was delayed due to documents. I understand this happens however Rhonda’s office didn’t communicate appropriately with us and when we expressed our concerns to Rhonda, we were dismissed. I had used Rhonda’s office for a previous sale of my house. If there are no hiccups she’s ...great. If there are opportunities she has no problem leaving you hanging. I wouldn’t recommend her. Buying/selling a house is stressful enough. You deserve an attorney who is going to go the distance for you.

I should have read other reviews before hiring this attorney to handle my real estate sale. An equal balance of polar opposite 1 and 5 ratings is a major red flag! My mistake for choosing this office to represent me. Unfortunately, I can't select a zero rating. Poor responsiveness, not able to fo...llow directions, numerous errors on the closing documents. Get this...I reviewed and made comments/corrections to the closing statement twice prior to closing and the statement used at closing was still wrong! And not just minor errors...the sale price was not correct! Akl's office blamed the buyer team for not wanting to accommodate the corrections when, in fact, Akl's office dragged their feet until the last minute and did not give the buyer team any other option but to accept the errors. The buyer did not know what amount to write the check for until 5 pm the day before closing. Unbelievable. There are better options out there for real estate attorneys...so avoid this office and you'll be glad you did.

Ronda and her team, were AMAZING. What a pleasure. I couldn't have had a better experience in purchasing real estate. I purchased a HUD home, which comes with some extra hoops to jump through. Robin her assistant was an expert, doing things ahead of schedule, so that everything would come toget...her perfectly. Ronda came recommended by my real estate agent. I was new to Syracuse. I read a review before calling, the review was negative. I thought to myself, I'm going to use her anyway, because you cant believe everything, and usually people don't take the time to write about good experiences. I was so happy I went with Ronda. It has been since spring last year that I closed on the home, and I was just thinking of how great they were, and finally got around to reviewing them. Good job Ronda and Robin.
