I first contacted Ronda for consultation on a property I was interested in. Ronda was very helpful and I felt like she was working just for me and nobody else. As a result of that feeling I decided to hire Ronda as my real estate lawyer. In the last year Ronda has represented me in four real estate... deals and I am still amazed each time with not only her service but also her team. This makes me feel even more confident that I have a lawyer that represent me in every way to ensure I don't run into any surprises after the deal is done. When I am ready to make a purchase offer on a property, I notify the sellers agent and Ronda. Then I sit back and let Ronda and her team do what they do best and they always reach out and let me know how the progress is going and what will be coming next. I appreciate their honesty,handwork, and dedication every time they represent me. I cannot speak to the other review on this page, but I can speak to the experience that I have had working with Ronda and her team. Just to think it all started with a Phone Call.

Ronda represented me when originally purchasing my home and 17 years later when I sold that same home. My real estate closing was executed correctly and accurately. There is no doubt that this office knows how to conduct a real estate transaction. What is lacking is any communication or consideration. Phone calls and emails were not answered or returned. I was not kept informed of the status of ou...r transaction. No solutions were offered for obstacles or concerns. The lack of service and communication added greatly to the stress of closing/moving. This was my 6th home purchase.
