Excellent Service

Delivered as promised

Worked with Benjamin Goldman on a moving violation that I felt was unjust. Explained the situation and he said he could help. After my hearing date finally occurred the moving violation was changed to a no-point unattended vehicle charge, with a greatly reduced penalty. GREAT JOB!

Review of B. Goldman - 9/17/19

Very professional and efficient. All communications were handled speedily via email and financial transactions performed on the web. I didn't have to go to court or to the lawyer's office (great time savings) and my speeding ticket was reduced to a parking violation with no points taken.

A Lawyer who accomplished what he said he can get done

When we were on our way for a family vacation. My husband was pulled over speeding in Liberty NY. We were not from there so we went to the internet to find an attorney. We chose Benjamin Goldman because it states right on his website that he has had success with tickets that are issued on this highw...ay in Liberty NY. We were very skeptical because anyone can say anything on the internet. I can tell you that is not the case now, everything Ben states on his web page is correct!!! We reached out to him via email and received a response right away. He walked us through the process told us what we had to do. From the time we hired Ben to the final positive outcome of the speeding ticket Ben handled it all and keeping us posted as we went along. It was the best fine on the internet Benjamin Goldman, Attorney at Law.

Exceptional Lawyer

This review is long overdue! Mr. Goldman is the real deal when it comes to traffic tickets. He was very accessible, quick and thorough throughout the process. He was able to reduce my 6 point speeding violation to zero points and to just a parking ticket. Thank you, Mr. Goldman!
