Speeding Ticket Dismissed!

The service and guidance is exceptional and professional. If you are looking for a law office that provides genuine care and prompt response, highly recommend. My speeding ticket was dismissed, no points and no fine! The process was quick and efficient in just four months! Case closed! Very happy ...with the outcome and service!

great job in Yonkers

Had a bunch of tickets issued by an overzealous Westchester County Police Officers in Yonkers City Court. Ben went down there instead of me and got rid of almost all of them. Couldn't be happier with the result. He kept me updated throughout the process and alleviated all my worst concerns.

I was nervous that missing a court date meant warrent for arrest.

I would recommend Benjamin for legal counsel when you have a problem. H e messaged me back on Avvo the same night I posted. He called me the next day offering logical and practical options for me to handle things. He didn't hurry me and didn't look for money, as most do. I chose one of his options an...d handled the case myself with a minimal fine and no record or conviction. I appreciate his help and encouraging advice that gave me both confidence and professional lingo that totally changed my level of stress. I would highly recommend Benjamin for his professionalism and easing one's worries that are natural part of litigation

The best Traffic Attorney in NY!

The best traffic attorney that I have encountered in NY by far, and unfortunately I have encountered many. He is the only attorney that actually took my situation too heart and didn't give up until he got my speeding ticket reduced to a no-points parking ticket. I have recommended Benjamin to many ...friends and I will continue to do so! Thanks Benjamin!
