i highly recommend the benjamin goldman law office without the slightest reservation. His office staff is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. The legal team represented me in court and did a fantastic job. The outcome of my traffic ticket was most satisfactory (no points).

You can count on Benjamin for giving you the most honest advice

I reached out to Benjamin on a cell phone ticket I had received. Benjamin gave me the most prudent advice (even though it meant me not availing his services). I am sure that Benjamin would advise his clients keeping their best interests in mind.

Responsive traffic ticket expertise graciously provided!

I was issued a speeding ticket in NY state but live in CT and needed help understanding the pros/cons of my options related to pleading guilty and/or hiring a lawyer to represent me. So I reached out to the Avvo community. Mr. Goldman responded quickly and also allowed me a free phone consultation, w...here he gave me sound advice and told me that I really didn't need to hire a lawyer to represent me as it would be more cost-effective to just plead guilty given my out-of-state status. I very much appreciated his honesty and would gladly recommend his services to others in need of counsel related to traffic infractions.

Superb traffic lawyer

I had a complicated case and Mr. Goldman saw through all the various issues and gave me great advice. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended, true professional

I would definitely recommend Attorney Goldman. I uploaded a request to speak to him with my attached ticket and he called me back within the hour and spoke to me for about 15 minutes. This was in reference to an improper turn in NYC. He answered all my questions and explained the process of either pl...eading guilty or going to trial. He was transparent about his fee structure and explained that although it might not be worthwhile for me to try to fight the ticket he would take the case if I wanted. He was very reassuring about the process. I decided in the end that I would plead guilty and paid the ticket online before the court date. Since I did this close to the time of the court date it showed up in the nyc system as having missed it. (The system takes a couple of days to process the payment.) I was shocked and pleasantly surprised to see that Attorney Goldman followed up and emailed me as soon as he noticed this missed court date and asked what happened. I told him I decided to plead guilty. He looked at my paperwork and said that I shouldnt worry about the supposed missed court date and that everything has gone through as it should. Although I hope I never have to use his services, I would highly recommend him to anyone else! He is professional, knowledgable, polite and dedicated.
