Ben Goldman just made my ticket go away.

Traveling 6 hours to drop off my son to college on the way home my wife and I get pulled over at 82 mph by a NY State Trooper (sounds familiar?). Who has the time and can take off work to fight a ticket that truthfully is accurate ? Even if I did take the time to fight the ticket, it would still co...st me in income lost, travel time (6 hours each way) and then ultimately whatever the court finally ruled. Mr. Benjamin Goldman Esq. took my case with the understanding that for his fee, which was reasonable, he would get my case completely dismissed or whatever fine levied would be paid out from this same fee. What did I have to loose, I felt like now it is in my lawyer’s best interest to get the dismissal so that he earns his entire fee. As magical as it sounds he assured me that he would get the complete dismissal with no points or fines. And THAT is exactly what he delivered. I didn’t bother asking him “how he did it?” I just said “thank you” to Benjamin Goldman Esq. and simply went on with my life. I now still have ZERO points on my license and my insurance cost has not gone up. I will make sure that I hang on to his contact information and I will gladly recommend Benjamin Goldman, Esq. to anyone that has to travel on all these beautiful upstate highways.

Very satisfied

I received a speeding ticket on the Taconic State Parkway. I live on Long Island. The return date hearing was scheduled for 6 pm in Dutchess County. I would have had to take off or leave work early and travel between 2-3 hours in rush hour traffic to appear. A friend had previously used Mr. Goldman i...n a Sullivan County ticket matter and was happy with the result. I contacted Mr. Goldman via his website. Uploaded the ticket. Signed a couple of documents giving him permission to represent me in court and sent them via email. He was available and responsive through email. It was all very easy. He was successful in court. He reduced a 79 mph in a 55 mph zone speeding ticket to the equivalent of a parking ticket. He charged $450 and the fine was another $250 but I didn’t get any points and my insurance was not affected. It was an expensive mistake on my part but Mr. Goldman made it less painful than it could have been. He was also a gentleman and a true professional. I highly recommend him.

An excellent choice for a traffic lawyer!

I got a ticket for going 21 over in nyc, which normally results in fines exceeding $500. From all of the lawyers I spoke to, Benjamin Goldman was the most patient, honest, and gave me the best deal BY FAR. In the end, the ticket was reduced to only 20 mph which significantly reduced the costs and bro...ught the point total down to 4. This is apparently, according to ALL of the lawyers I spoke to about this, a very difficult result to achieve for an NYC traffic ticket, so you're definitely getting a great lawyer for a great price!

Highly recommended, true professional

I would definitely recommend Attorney Goldman. I uploaded a request to speak to him with my attached ticket and he called me back within the hour and spoke to me for about 15 minutes. This was in reference to an improper turn in NYC. He answered all my questions and explained the process of either pl...eading guilty or going to trial. He was transparent about his fee structure and explained that although it might not be worthwhile for me to try to fight the ticket he would take the case if I wanted. He was very reassuring about the process. I decided in the end that I would plead guilty and paid the ticket online before the court date. Since I did this close to the time of the court date it showed up in the nyc system as having missed it. (The system takes a couple of days to process the payment.) I was shocked and pleasantly surprised to see that Attorney Goldman followed up and emailed me as soon as he noticed this missed court date and asked what happened. I told him I decided to plead guilty. He looked at my paperwork and said that I shouldnt worry about the supposed missed court date and that everything has gone through as it should. Although I hope I never have to use his services, I would highly recommend him to anyone else! He is professional, knowledgable, polite and dedicated.
