Exceptional Service and Excellent Results

My 19-year-old daughter was driving back to the University at Albany when she was pulled over for speeding and received a citation requiring a court appearance. We found the Benjamin Goldman Law Office online after researching attorneys in the town where the incident occurred. The entire process with... their office was seamless and efficient. They communicated clearly, handled all aspects of the case, and successfully reduced the speeding ticket to a non-moving violation. Top notch service

I've gotten about 5 or so traffic tickets over the years. I've used Benjamin Goldmans law firm for each and every ticket and have had every single one of them dismissed, no points, and no fine. They really are amazing at what they do and are very communicative. Benjamin himself is a sweetheart of a g...uy, and talked me through a few scary tickets from a corrupt, horrible, cop. Their firm is the only one you should be going to for traffic violations. You won't be disappointed!

Failure to move over summons

After receiving a ticket for Failure to move over, I was very upset. After reading reviews, I contacted Mr Goldman. He was informative and polite. Everything he said would happen did. The moving violation with points was reduced to a parking ticket, no points. As a college student my insurance woul...d have sky rocketed. His fee was reasonable and love his money back guarantee as far as the points went. Thank you Benjamin

Speeding Ticket

Highly recommend the Benjamin Goldman. He was able to successfully get my speeding ticket dismissed in its entirety. No points and no fines. Since I am out of state, he handled all communications with the court and thus was able to avoid having to travel back to state for court date.
