Sam is an excellent attorney. I was in a very bad place and nobody would listen to my side of the story. I was pulled over for absolutely no reason by troopers and consequently arrested. I refused to blow into the breathalyzer because my rights were violated every step of the process. I did not reali...ze that Albany had special laws about this assertion of your statutory right. Sam listened to my story and fought very hard for me. He represented me through the refusal hearing at DMV which we won (very rare) while a different attorney told me to just waive the hearing. I thank God I picked Sam. Sam won my DMV case with his keen ability to understand the questions to ask at the right times at the right hearings. He knew how to get the troopers to hang themselves with their own lies. He also knew how to face an aggressive DA and play their tolling game. Sam was insistent on moving to dismiss when a trooper ignored a judges subpoena to appear after the trooper came up with every excuse. They knew they had lied and Sam knew that the dog ate their homework. His team changed my life with his commitment and knowledge. He was reasonably priced and worked with me when I couldn't cough up thousands like most of the other attorneys try to get you to do. His results must be better. Gratitude is not enough. He is also a very nice guy without being cocky unlike most other attorneys I consulted with. He did everything possible and his method in front of a judge is very well thought out. If your looking for an attorney with excellent courtroom skill and who treats you like you are human, Sam Breslin is that attorney. He even has a calming effect in the face of terrible stress. He also sheds light on the police conduct in front of the judges, which is something that we must do to keep these troopers from getting out of control like they did in my case. Words and gratitude are simply not enough to express how he changed the course of my future. Although the incident ruined a lot of my life (lost my apartment, job, and car), Sam worked for justice and stopped a terrible possibility. Excellent attorney and outstanding result.
