Hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a lawyer. I paid a LARGE amount of money and was met with ghosting, excuses, and zero accountability. Communication is absolutely nonexistent. Weeks go by with no response. You literally have to beg this man to do the bare minimum of his j...ob. No updates, no follow-ups, no urgency. Just silence. When serious issues came up that required action, he was clueless. Didn’t know what was going on, didn’t investigate properly, and most importantly — never got anything in writing to back up his claims. Everything was “they said this” or “they said that.” No proof. No paperwork. No effort. For someone charging top-tier prices, the service is bottom-tier. No professionalism. No transparency. No fight. Once he got paid, it felt like we were forgotten. You shouldn’t have to chase your own attorney or educate them on your own case. If you’re looking for a lawyer who actually: • Communicates • Keeps records • Advocates • Takes their job seriously KEEP LOOKING. This is not it.

James Knox is definitely one of the most caring and loyal lawyers I have ever dealt with. He would answer my calls on his personal cell phone day or night when he defended me in 2017 . He is by far one of the best defense attorneys out there , and I would highly recommend him to anyone facing a hard ...time !
