I am a labor and employment attorney and I exclusively represent and counsel employers to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. I help employers navigate complex issues involving wage and hour laws, employee discipline, workplace accommodations, the Family Medical Leave Act, and misclassification of independent contractors.

I defend employers in claims before federal and state courts, the New York State Division of Human Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, and the National Labor Relations Board.
I have successfully represented employers in a variety of cases involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment; individual and collective wage and hour actions; Unfair Labor Practice charges; as well as the enforcement of non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty claims, the faithless servant doctrine, and other business torts.
