I was pulled over in Hicksville for doing 88 MPH in a 40 Limit Zone, which is more than double the speed and over 40 MPH which could be possible suspension of my license and heavy fines. At the time I had a perfect record and had never been ticketed by an officer before. At the time of the infracti...on I received 3 tickets in total: one for Speeding 88 in a 40; one for having stickers on my front windshield and obstructing view; and the last for driving too slow 1 MPH in a 40. I was nervous since I drive a modified car that stands out like a neon sign and constantly bring it to shows. I had put a lot of hard work into this car and I didn't want to lose the ability to drive it after all I'd done with it. I immediately began to search up traffic lawyers within my area and out of all of them, Gary stood out the most. His large number of positive reviews, plus noticing that a few cases he fixed were similar to mine made me pick up the phone and call. I spoke with Gary on the phone and made an appointment to see him in person to explain and show him the tickets. Gary was very easy to communicate with. When I met him at his office he already pointed out a few things the officer did wrong, such as the high and low speed contradicting each other. He told me he doubted I would lose my license, but no guarantee that points would be erased. He said he'd call me with an update in around 30-45 days and that the case could take a few months to sort out. This all happened at the end of February. Gary called me last night at work with the best news; every ticket was dismissed and I didn't have to pay a single penny to the courts! I was absolutely amazed at the results: My record is still clean and Gary saved me a lot of stress and worry about loosing my ability to drive my car and any other possible punishments that would have came along with it. I received a speeding ticket for 110 mph in a 55 mph zone, which means 11 point on my license & possible suspension. I realized I have to find a legal lawyer to help me reduce the points. The first time I met Gary, he was casual looking but spoke very knowledgeable about the court system. He explain...ed how I could have a chance of dismissing the ticket, although no guarranty, that, he will get all documents filed from the officer and look for the right day to go to court, then said call or I will call you in 30 days. When I heard 30 days I got worried, but he said, don't worry, it takes that long and more, enjoy the holidays. in a month he called and said he filed something in court, (I don't know the legal name) and said we have 60 days to see the judge, two weeks later I got the greatest news from him, that my ticket was dismissed. Throughout this case, I met him once, spoke to him on the phone three times, he never bothered me with side stories or asked me to come to court with him or charge any extra fee and with that, I will say thank you very much Gary, you have saved me a lot of headaches and making it look easy from my stand point. I was extemely pleased with the excellent service I received from Mr. Miller. I consulted him after receiving three tickets for an HOV and related violations on the LIE with a total of over $700 in fines and 9 points, in addition to DMV and insurance surcharges for moving violations. Mr. Miller r...eturned my call promptly and assured me that for a reasonable fee he would attempt to have all three tickets reduced to non-moving violations. His office called me again after less than two weeks and informed me that two of the tickets had been reduced and one had been dismissed. The tickets were just over $300 in fines with no points, DMV or insurance surcharges. Just as importantly to me, I did not have to take time from work to appear in court. I am now extremely cautious on the LIE, but should I ever find myself in need of Mr. Miller's expertise again, I will not hesitate to call him. I am grateful for his assistance and recommend him enthusiastically to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

I was desperate need of a lawyer after i received a speeding ticket in nassau for going 21 MPH over the speeding limit..that's six points! Mind you i already have 10 points on my license! 2 previous speeding tickets.. So this would've suspended my license I contacted Mr Miller through email on a su...nday and the next day he personally calledme from hiscell phone ! Ialready felt very confident in him! Most Good lawyers usually have they're receptionists contact you or one of they're associated's in the office.. And i hate that I prefer dealing with the lawyer one on one not through they're employees After speaking with mr miller he said they're was only a slight chance he could get it completely dissmissed.. Since my record is not good.. No problem i told him i have faith in you His office is right in front of the court so he knows most of the prosecutors and lawyers..which gave me even more confidence in him A week before the court date Mr Miller calls me telling me my speeding ticket has been reduced to a jaywalking violation 0 points Wowi was truely lost to words! Will definitely recommend!
