Gary Stuart Miller

To say that Gary Miller is best Lawyer in Long Island is an understatement. The worst thing you can do is recieve points on your license and have your insurance rates go up or even lose your license in general. Trying to handle a case on your own when you don’t know the ins and outs of the courts wil...l usually result in that. I used to stress over traffic tickets but now whenever I get into some trouble with Nassau/Suffolk county I hire Gary and know that I am in good hands. The way this man makes violations and points disappear you may confuse him for hudini. It’s better to hire the best and let them take care of it for you then then get worked up and lose sleep. AND TRUST ME GARY IS THE BEST!!!

I had the greatest experience with Gary Miller, I would highly recommend him! He took care of my speeding violation (got it dropped to a parking ticket) and got the “no insurance” and “missproper use of dealer plate” dropped as I was driving on a CT Dealer plate in the state of New York. Apparently, ...Suffolk County is very strict on the use of dealer plates (I was driving within the scope of legal parameters based on CT law). Nonetheless, Gary took it on and was able to get everything dropped! I was told to find someone well established in Suffolk County and Gary fit that description! He had the relationships with the court to address everything before going to trial. Go Gary!

If you need a lawyer this is your guy! Mr. Miller is a wonderful lawyer and I will recommend him to anyone seeking legal help. I received a speeding ticket a few months ago and was afraid that the court would not negotiate the points down due to having a prior speeding ticket (which was dropped to a ...parking violation) less than a year before that in the same court. After researching several lawyers (who I felt were not confident enough to take on this case) I finally found Mr. Miller and hired him to take care of this for me. He was the only one who was honest, confident and made me feel hopeful from the beginning. He was able to negotiate my ticket from an 8 point speeding ticket down to a 4 point speeding ticket with a $300 fine. He told me from the beginning that due to my prior speeding ticket the court would not drop the entire 8 points but he would do his best and he did. I am very pleased with his services and happy with the outcome. Thank you again Mr. Miller!

What can I say other than Mr. Miller is the MAN! I called his office on Friday 8/17/18 after speaking with other traffic attorneys for help with my first traffic ticket. I explained to him that I had received a speeding ticket going 82 in a 55 zone. He asked me if I had anything else on my record and... I told him no. He then said to me, “that’s 6 points on your record but I can get that down to zero points.” He told me how much the ticket would cost and how much he would charge and I was pleasantly surprised. Other attorney fees were much higher and they told me I would be hit with 8 points on my record (lies). That they would “try” to negotiate a higher fine and lower points (down to 4 points). So I decided to give Mr. Miller a try. What is there to lose? After we spoke, he connected me back to his secretary, who asked me for method of payment. Although I was confused as to why she would need payment information when my court date was not until October 4th and I was somewhat skeptical, I gave her the information. I also asked to schedule an appointment to meet with Mr. Miller on Saturday the 18th. On the 18th I showed up at his office. When I walked in he asked my name and when I gave him my name he asked “what are you doing here? Didn’t you hire me yesterday?” My response was, “I’m not sure what I did yesterday!” His response was, “I took care of the ticket yesterday!” I couldn’t believe what he was saying to me. I stood there in awe trying to wrap my head around what he was saying. I said to him “I called you at 1:48 yesterday, on a Friday. How is that possible?” “I made it possible by going to the court that same Friday and negotiated with the prosecutors!” The results, exactly what he had told me! Zero points on my record!!! I was beyond happy! Couldn’t believe that the nightmare was finally behind me! I stressed about that ticket for the 1 plus week that I had it and just like that, it was in the rear view mirror! I can’t say thank you enough. Mr. Miller knows his stuff and I have been telling EVERYONE my experience!
