Very efficient and affordable

I got pricing from multiple different attorneys and Gary gave me the best price. He also was very helpful and explained everything perfectly. He told me he would get it handled within a day and that is exactly what he did! I would recommend Gary to anyone looking for a good attorney for their case!

Excellent service

I found Mr. Gary Miller on this exact site. After reading the reviews, I decided to write him a short note. In 10 minutes, he called and agreed to take my case. He was up front on what he can do. 3 months later ticket was dismissed! Thank YOU!!

Great Lawyer You Can Trust

I wasn't paying enough attention one night to my speed on the LI Expressway, mainly because it was late at night and there was no one on the road. Some bastard Suffolk County cop doubling as a bill collector for the bankrupt county decided to take his sexual and marital frustrations out on me that ni...ght, pulling me over and then writing a ticket for more that 5 miles per hour faster than I last remember seeing my speedometer read before I saw the flashing lights in my mirror. The sonuvabitch deliberately wrote the ticket for one mile more than the minimum for the heaviest fine, which satisfied his ticket quota for the night while putting me in jeopardy of a huge fine, eight points on my license, and thousands of dollars in additional car insurance premiums during the next few years. I was wrong for speeding, but the cop should not have gone hog wild on me by writing me up for a lot more mph than I was traveling, especially since I have not had a speeding ticket for over 20 years of driving in New York. This is what happens when the doughnut places close early I guess. So being in a real bind, I knew I needed a lawyer to help me in this matter. I called a few I found on the internet, and I was particularly relieved to read on Gary Miller's website that he was highly experienced in this kind of legal situation. Don't you know that it was Gary Miller who called me back first, which right away told me he was the hard-working kind of aggressive attorney I was going to need to reduce the cop's hyperbole down to what anyone objective would consider to be justice in my case. Gary Miller immediately put my mind at ease, explaining to me what jeopardy I was in, how the process of speeding tickets works in Suffolk County, and how he thought he could minimize the damage. I almost felt like he was painting too good a picture for me, attempting perhaps to ensure he would get my business. But because he made such a convincing case and really sounded like he knew what he was doing, I asked him to represent me. I received a call today from Gary Miller, about two weeks after I had asked him to represent my interests. He informed me that he had negotiated my speeding ticket penalty down to the more reasonable speed that I really was traveling, and had also negotiated a huge reduction in the penalty that I was to pay. Read that as getting the judge to reduce the eight points to none, primarily because Gary was able to show that I am not a menace to society but someone who made a mistake once in 20-something years. Gary Miller delivered on every promise he made me when we first spoke, and each of his speculations about how the case would go came through exactly as he described. That is one helluva lawyer who can do that, a man who really knows his business. I am so happy that I came to know Gary Miller and chose him, to help me out of this jam. He is a consummate professional and a wonderful guy as well. No one ever wants to be at odds in a bad way with the government, they have so many resources to make your life miserable. But its great to know that if you have a problem with driving on Suffolk County's roads, there is Gary Miller who will stand behind you and ensure that you will be treated fairly. I recommend Gary Miller in the highest terms for anyone who needs a lawyer to defend them and get them justice under law.

My best lawyer!

Gary was the most knowledgeable and explained everything to me about his plan for my 3 tickets moving forward, Gary did an amazing job 2 tickets were dismissed and the third reduced to 0 points.I was pleased with his services. Would definitely recommend Gary to other!
