GARY MILLER = AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL LAWYER! I had unfortunately received a speeding ticket on 9/11/18 (79mph on 55mph) going on Sag Pkwy, as most Long Islanders know that’s where the NY State Troopers like to hide out seeking those who are speeding. Of course, it was the beginning of September (c...itation writing galore) and I had gotten caught speeding on the way to a doctor appointment I was running a tad bit late for, alongside 3 to 4 other cars getting pulled over right behind me. Nonetheless, since this was my FIRST ever traffic violation I was very worried at what the outcome would be regarding the fine and the points that would get put on my license. So I decided to do my research and I came across Gary Miller, the awesome attorney who was able to get my 6 point speeding ticket down to 0 points and to a parking ticket in about 2 weeks! I had called Gary that same exact day and he got back to me almost immediately! He tells you like it is and he did exactly what he told me he would do for me that day. Since I am a student, he does do student discounts if you are in college (HE WILL WORK WITH YOU). Without hesitation, I immediately knew I had to hire Gary to defend me in court because with his intelligence and knowledge on the traffic courts, it was obvious that he was going to bring me a successful outcome. I am so pleased with his service and I recommend Gary to anyone who needs their tickets to be taken care of! I've used Gary twice now (8 tickets total) and each time the out come was exactly what he said it would be or better. The first time I used him, I called other lawyers first and they were all double the price. Gary is easy to get in contact with and he'll even answer a text at 11 at night. Both times... we had a five minute conversation, I paid the fee and then he called me a couple of days later with the outcome, easiest 123. When I had 6 tickets he got 4 dismissed and 2 knocked down to j-walking tickets. He knows the right people and is excellent at his job. I don't normally recommend people or services or even keep and business cards in my wallet but with Gary I do both. Most importantly he is absolutely the best priced by far. I will absolutely use his services again and I recommend him to anyone that I know who needs a good traffic lawyer.

Gary S. Miller did a great job as my attorney, and exceeded my expectations. In addition to being experienced and professional, he was also very forthright and attentive; with prompt answers to questions. From the start he provided valuable direction and laid out likely possible outcomes for my case.... Ultimately Gary got me a favorable outcome to a negative situation. What can I say other than Mr. Miller is the MAN! I called his office on Friday 8/17/18 after speaking with other traffic attorneys for help with my first traffic ticket. I explained to him that I had received a speeding ticket going 82 in a 55 zone. He asked me if I had anything else on my record and... I told him no. He then said to me, “that’s 6 points on your record but I can get that down to zero points.” He told me how much the ticket would cost and how much he would charge and I was pleasantly surprised. Other attorney fees were much higher and they told me I would be hit with 8 points on my record (lies). That they would “try” to negotiate a higher fine and lower points (down to 4 points). So I decided to give Mr. Miller a try. What is there to lose? After we spoke, he connected me back to his secretary, who asked me for method of payment. Although I was confused as to why she would need payment information when my court date was not until October 4th and I was somewhat skeptical, I gave her the information. I also asked to schedule an appointment to meet with Mr. Miller on Saturday the 18th. On the 18th I showed up at his office. When I walked in he asked my name and when I gave him my name he asked “what are you doing here? Didn’t you hire me yesterday?” My response was, “I’m not sure what I did yesterday!” His response was, “I took care of the ticket yesterday!” I couldn’t believe what he was saying to me. I stood there in awe trying to wrap my head around what he was saying. I said to him “I called you at 1:48 yesterday, on a Friday. How is that possible?” “I made it possible by going to the court that same Friday and negotiated with the prosecutors!” The results, exactly what he had told me! Zero points on my record!!! I was beyond happy! Couldn’t believe that the nightmare was finally behind me! I stressed about that ticket for the 1 plus week that I had it and just like that, it was in the rear view mirror! I can’t say thank you enough. Mr. Miller knows his stuff and I have been telling EVERYONE my experience!

Stopped in Gary’s office to speak with him in regards to my daughters first moving violation. She was issued a speeding summons, 82mph in a 55mph zone. Gary explained he could have the summons adjudicated down to a parking summons with no points and a $480 fine. In less than 2 weeks after hiring him,... my daughter received a letter from Gary’s office. The letter stated exactly what he told me the outcome would be.
