I received a speeding ticket for 110 mph in a 55 mph zone, which means 11 point on my license & possible suspension. I realized I have to find a legal lawyer to help me reduce the points. The first time I met Gary, he was casual looking but spoke very knowledgeable about the court system. He explain...ed how I could have a chance of dismissing the ticket, although no guarranty, that, he will get all documents filed from the officer and look for the right day to go to court, then said call or I will call you in 30 days. When I heard 30 days I got worried, but he said, don't worry, it takes that long and more, enjoy the holidays. in a month he called and said he filed something in court, (I don't know the legal name) and said we have 60 days to see the judge, two weeks later I got the greatest news from him, that my ticket was dismissed. Throughout this case, I met him once, spoke to him on the phone three times, he never bothered me with side stories or asked me to come to court with him or charge any extra fee and with that, I will say thank you very much Gary, you have saved me a lot of headaches and making it look easy from my stand point. Within minutes of leaving a message with Gary's answering service during off hours on the day i got ticketed, Gary called me back. I was panicking because i was facing big points on my license and otherwise had a perfectly clean driving record. Gary calmed me down and explained what he would do an...d that he was fairly confident he could get it reduced. Fast forward to today: he was able to get me zero points and a fine. I cannot even put into words how happy & lucky I feel to have found Gary Miller. I often read reviews & question their authenticity, but trust me he's THE GUY if you need help with traffic tickets. My license was suspended for not addressing a 3 year old speeding ticket I got in Suffolk. I called @10..., 15 min later Mr. Miller personally called back explaining the process. I literally was losing sleep over this ticket and realized it may affect getting hired in the career I am looking to pursue after colle...ge. At first I was going to fight the ticket myself, but then after doing some research, I figured I had almost no chance. I did not even have to worry about missing my classes to show up to court and my case was resolved 3 weeks before the court date listed on my ticket. This was easily the best money I've ever spent and if you have a ticket do not even hesitate to call Gary. His fee is very fair compared to other law offices I consulted with and the quality of his service really helps calm some nerves in the midst of the stress of getting a ticket. I am 40 years old and currently hold a CDL for 22 years. I have been driving heavy equipment Dump Trucks and Moving Heavy Machinery to several locations both confined in the heavily congested streets of NYC and across the country and the ONE thing i have always done was protect, treat, and idolize m...y license for it is what allows me to earn, support my family , keep a roof over our heads, and with the job i hold have, have medical ins, a pension and a annuity when i retire. In 22 years of Driving I have never had anything mark my license. I am WTC rescue recovery worker and about 16 months ago i got ill and it has been ongoing lung disease that has been getting many of many different diagnosis and i still struggle every day to go to work and support my family with the help of medications. Thank God for my job that it is not physical labor and has very minimal exertion. I was called for a last minute study on the night of Dec 27, 2012 about 5 miles from my home and did not want to miss this study so i left my house in a frenzy excited to maybe find out some good news when it was done and l left with out my meds that i need to breath. The next morning when i woke up i was gasping for air , quickly got dressed and started to head home. On my way home in the early am hours with no one on the streets i was pulled over for doing a 59 in a 30 and a failure to signal. the cop seen me in despair and decide to yell, scream and lecture me as i sat there gasping for air along with my oxygen on with no regard to my well being. With what was going on in my life i DO NOT AND DID NOT need these tickets and or POINTS on my license this was going to be bad! 8 points and they suspend at 11! At this point i know i needed to hire a professional , a man of law and some one with experience but i also needed to find someone i felt inside was gonna listen to me and really, really understand me and my situation and do all he/she can do for me as a person, as a human and not just as a customer or client. I needed someone to really understand how being convicted of these charges/tickets would really have an effect on my job, my medical, my family, my health, just all in all my life. i have called several attorneys and did not get the comfort i was looking for until i called GARY STUART MILLER!!! I can not tell you the relief i felt just after a phone conversation! i sat explained to him everything about what was going on in my life and how important this was to me and he sat and listened and got to know me and that made me feel that he was not only going to fight this tickets to keep my record clean or to possibly get more work from me in the future but i feel he was going to fight for my family knowing that they need me to maintain my license as clean as possible to continue to provide for them. The phone call came in last night that one ticket was dismissed and the other reduced to a parking summons. I am extremely happy it feels as if i had a ton of weight lifted off my lungs and back. lol... i totally recommend GARY STUART MILLER you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED FROM MY LIPS TO GODS EARS.
