AMAZING LAWYER

If you need a lawyer this is your guy! Mr. Miller is a wonderful lawyer and I will recommend him to anyone seeking legal help. I received a speeding ticket a few months ago and was afraid that the court would not negotiate the points down due to having a prior speeding ticket (which was dropped to a ...parking violation) less than a year before that in the same court. After researching several lawyers (who I felt were not confident enough to take on this case) I finally found Mr. Miller and hired him to take care of this for me. He was the only one who was honest, confident and made me feel hopeful from the beginning. He was able to negotiate my ticket from an 8 point speeding ticket down to a 4 point speeding ticket with a $300 fine. He told me from the beginning that due to my prior speeding ticket the court would not drop the entire 8 points but he would do his best and he did. I am very pleased with his services and happy with the outcome. Thank you again Mr. Miller!

Two tickets, no points, no fine!

After many years of driving I had my first ever tickets for going ~5 mph over the speed and an unsafe lane change, I was hesitant to get a lawyer, however, the reviews pushed me to it. I contacted him, sent the tickets via email and made a payment and in about 2 months got a call back that both my ti...ckets were dismissed. The only thing that he can improve is in giving us a conformation or some updates because I had to call them twice over the months to make sure my tickets were still being worked on.

Great Attorney, very very hard working, dependable Professional Attorney

I was very nervous about the tickets for my son,I hired Gary I knew we had very few chances but kept my faith in Gary and amazingly Gary produced the result which I thought dream come true I would very strongly recommend Gary Miller, he is amazing , his office girl is also very friendly Gary will alw...ays answer his phone and make you feel very comfortable and he is very courteous, Friendly, and very very professional. It’s very hard to find Attorney like him he is worth every penny he is very upfront and very hard working. The best thing I liked about him was He will always answer phone if busy will always call and be very polite which is very unusual for Attorney these days. We were very fortunate that Gary accepted our case and fought for us and got us what we really didn’t expect. Thanks a million to Gary and his staff.

Hands Down, Best Lawyer.

I received 2 traffic tickets from a trooper, one for speeding and one for an unsafe lane change. I contacted a few lawyers and they were very rude, aggressive, and told me I would get at least 2 points even with their help due to a prior ticket. I was so worried and anxious about my case until I spok...e to Gary. He was more than helpful and respectful. He took my case and the very next day got them reduced to no points, only a parking ticket. I would strongly recommend him to anyone needing any legal help.

Highly recommend! Great communication, affordable results!

I cannot thank Attorney Miller enough for helping us resolve our issue with Nassau County traffic violations. We are from out of state and had no way to return to NY to deal with the tickets in person. Attorney Miller was able to represent us in court for a an affordable, fair price. He provided g...reat service with via text or phone even during evening hours, which was helpful. His vast knowledge and experience of the laws and court system was exactly what we needed! We we were very pleased that he was able to resolve our issue with an excellent outcome, better than we had hoped for!
