Gary Stuart Miller

After a bad experience from another lawyer handling my speeding ticket (whom I knew personally) way over charging me & reducing no points, I can't express how good Gary S. Miller. You'd think I a relative writing this review, I simply googled lawyer & contacted 10 of them. Gary seemed to be alot m...ore knowledgable about the Nassau County Traffic Court system . Gary made some bold promises of what he thought he could deliver. Guess what, Gary deliver more than he promised. He reduced my speeding & for failing to signal tickets ( 6 points) to no points. Again , "ZERO POINTS". His fees were more than fair. I can not thank enough.

Mr. Miller is an excellent Lawyer, He helped both my Husband and I clear up our License's in Nassau, and Suffolk County. In both cases he got all charges dropped. He stayed in Contact with us both via phone. for we moved out of state. I would Highly Recommend Him to EVERYONE !!! . He truly cares . ag...ain we would like to thank him for all his hard work, and effort.

Mr. Miller is really wonderful to work with. He responded to my email inquiry within 5 minutes. He explained everything to me in less than 10 minutes, took my credit card information (which made me a little wary at first - I am an accountant) and took care of everything in the Islandia Village Cour...t for me. Not only did I not have to show up, but he was able to get the ticket dismissed completely, something I did not expect him to be able to do. I then received a letter with all the documents I needed. The only charge to me was his fee, which was worth every penny! HIRE HIM if you have any traffic issues! He's really great!

My son received a speeding ticket. I did a lot of research, and basically it was the kind of ticket .. on radar, 84 in a 55, that would be incontrovertible. Gary and I spoke and he said the same thing. He said if you want to hire me, I will do my best but these tickets are virtually impossible. M...y son is young and I decided to give it a shot and hire Gary. I received a voice mail and an email telling me my son was found NOT GUILTY! I could NOT believe it. I spoke with Gary and he explained that he brought the case to trial immediately over a comment the ticketing deputy made. How he picked up on such a small thing amazed me! Anyway, my son is ticket free and insurance is still the same!!! Well well well worth Gary's fee. He was really nice to me even though I called a few times. He never lost patience with a worried Mom!

I never write reviews but felt the need to share my experience to help others who are looking for a GOOD LAWYER WHO CAN DELIVER. I had an 8pt speeding ticket and a couple speeding tickets in the last couple years. Afraid I was going to lose my license I was on a quest to find a good lawyer. I ca...lled a couple lawyers they were much more expensive and told me they could get it down to 6pts and to a lesser speeding ticket due to my driving history. I was not satisfed with that answer and kept looking. I happened to stumble upon this site and Gary Miller's profile. I gave him a call, he was very knowledable and the rate was fair. He told me he can get it down to 3pts and to a non speeding ticket and told me to bring cash or credit card to pay for the fine. I hired him and brought money for the legal fees to his Hempstead office and left it with his secretary. His secretary is very nice and helped me in an orderly manner and was fast. I had questions I would email and call him. He would get back to me the very same day. I've had lawyers in the past and to get any information I had to speak to their secretary not with Gary. Day of court Gary got my ticket down from an 8pt ticket to a 3pt ticket with a failure to yield. AMAZING due to my driving history. He delivered what he promised me. I will definitely rehire him if the need to and have spread the word around. You want a lawyer who is responsive,knowledgeable and keeps you informed HIRE GARY MILLER.
