Great Experience, Highly Recommend!

I had the greatest experience with Gary Miller, I would highly recommend him! He took care of my speeding violation (got it dropped to a parking ticket) and got the “no insurance” and “missproper use of dealer plate” dropped as I was driving on a CT Dealer plate in the state of New York. Apparently, ...Suffolk County is very strict on the use of dealer plates (I was driving within the scope of legal parameters based on CT law). Nonetheless, Gary took it on and was able to get everything dropped! I was told to find someone well established in Suffolk County and Gary fit that description! He had the relationships with the court to address everything before going to trial. Go Gary!

3 tickets dismissed with no fine

I would Recommed Gary Miller who helped me with the tickets- There were 3 tickets given to me for not yielding to a stop sign ,improper entrance onto highway,passed stop sign.- 3 tickets for 1 same offence- I contacted Gary and he took the case and dismissed all tickets with no fines or points. He i...s amazing lawyer to have by your side . who knows what he's doing and would help you win.

Highly Recommended!

Gary helped my son with a difficult case. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He always returned my calls and took care of his case promptly. Feeling relieved!

I recently got a ticket for going over the speed limit in a school zone. I had no idea that I was even in a school zone or that the school zone was in effect until 6 pm. I must have missed the sign while thinking of everything I needed to do on my way to my destination. After receiving the ticket I s...tarted to panic being that I drive as part of my job. How many points will this be on my license? How will this affect my job? How much will my insurance go up now? I contacted Gary Miller, ESQ and he told me that he could represent me in court. He was able to get my ticket reduced to a parking violation with no points on my license! Without his help I was looking at 6 points and a penalty from the insurance company due to my recklessness. I am so relieved that I used Gary and it was stress free since he handled everything. I just had to pay the ticket. If you have a ticket and want expert representation then GARY MILLER, ESQ. Is the person to Use. He can get your ticket lowered to a lesser violation, get the points reduced and sometimes even have the points ELIMINATED ALTOGETHER. Just give the ticket to him and he will handle it. No need for you to do or go anywhere. Just sit back and wait for Mr. Miller to give you a favorable disposition. Our family has used him many times and were never displeased. He has been taking care of tickets for many years and believe us when we say "he knows what to do".

It was a pleasure dealing with Gary. My experience was smooth & easy with better results then I could have ever imagined. Quick, effective, professional & honest. He knows the courts, he knows the laws/fines and he does what he says he is going to do. This guy is great, he cares about your needs and ...he goes above and beyond- even taking care of a ticket in an upstate court for me. I am extremely grateful for his help and Gary will be my first phone call if I ever get another ticket.
