Gary helped me 2 times. The first time was long time ago. I received a ticket for driving at 75mph on LIE. Gary reduced it to parking ticket a few days after I hired him. The second time was more serious. There was a bad accident on LIE and all lanes were closed except for HOV lane and lots of car pa...cked up. I was riding my motorcycle. I saw police officers directing traffic into HOV lane. I slowly pull ahead in the shoulder, checking out the cars involved in the accident, thinking it should be ok since I tried to reduce some traffic there. Then one officer started yelling at me. I stopped and another officer wrote me 6 tickets for that(Improper passing vehicle 1, improper passing vehicle 2, improper passing vehicle 3.....). I panicked and contacted Gary. So I got caught speeding on the LIE Westbound in the HOV lane. I was doing 80 when the limit was 55 and I got caught by a cop that hiding by the median. After I got the ticket I searched online for options to either get the ticket waived or points reduced. At 11:30pm at exit 60 on the LIE, not even little old ladies are going the speed limit (55mph). I was pulled over doing 80. I have an out of state license (NJ) and a pretty clean driving record in NYS. The court in Happauge is not convenient for me to represent myself.
