Gary Stuart Miller

I have dealt with a few lawyers in my life and Gary Miller was by far the most professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I received a fairly large number of traffic tickets in both Nassau and Suffolk county over the past few years. Just looking at all of them made me dizzy. Finally, it got to ...the point that I was forced to deal with them all or I would start to face some serious consequences. After some searching on the internet I came across Mr. Miller and scheduled an initial consultation. Mr. Miller looked over my records and assured me that he would be able to take care of everything. He personally represented me in Suffolk county and arranged for some colleagues of his to represent me in Nassau who were equally pleasant to deal with. He remained the point of contact throughout the entire process and was always available if I had any questions or concerns. He called me the night before each court appearance and let me know what to expect and things always went exactly as he said they would. To make a long story short, I received a favorable outcome in both cases. When concluding the Suffolk case, the judge even commented to me that my lawyer did a great job with my case which I would imagine does not happen every day. Again, Mr. Miller was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone seeking an attorney. His fees were very reasonable and he made the entire process almost painless, which I've learned, when it comes the legal system is not always the case.

I hired Gary to defend me on a speeding ticket that I received in September 2013. It was not until around December that I found out that I had to appear in Suffolk County Traffic Court and that my plea was not acceptable via mail. I did have previous tickets from about 3 years ago already on my dri...ving record and the day I got my ticket it was just wrong place wrong time. Attorney Gary Miller is the real deal. I read reviews for Mr. Miller on this site & they were impressive, though I admit sometimes I can be a little skeptical of online reviews, but...so many positive reviews have to have some truth to them, so I gave his office a call & left a message. Well I can ...now tell you for sure these positive reviews are 100% authentic and warranted. I received a call back from Mr. Miller in less than 2 hours. Explained my situation; had 4 tickets equaling 12 points. Mr. Miller told me how he thought he could help me (which sounded good) and what my expected fines would likely be. His fee was reasonable, so I hired him on the spot. The afternoon of the second day after I had called him, Mr. Miller called me and let me know he'd already addressed my tickets with the court. In fact, the outcome was even better than what he'd originally projected, because he was able to get one of my tickets completely dismissed! The others were reduced to no points, and my overall fees were less because he was able to get that one ticket dismissed. Honestly, I am more than pleased with this outcome, and I told Mr. Miller I would recommend him to all my friends and family - to anyone - and I would not hesitate to call him up to help me again in the future. If you're on the fence - don't be - give Mr. Miller a call - you won't be sorry - like I said, he is the real deal!

Mr. Miller's work on my traffic case was exemplary. He was responsive, always picking up his phone himself, or getting back to me promptly. He kept me informed throughout the case, changed his strategy when it turned out the case was more complicated than I had told him, and achieved a result for me ...that was more than fair. He is also easygoing and easy to speak to. He never makes you feel like he is squeezing in a call with you. Most of all, he under-promises and over-delivers. I felt lucky to have found him.
