Outstanding!

I contacted Gary after receiving my first speeding ticket in over 35 years of driving. He replied to me very quickly and told me exactly what he could do to help. Gary did exactly what he promised, and had my ticket reduced to a parking violation with no points put on my license. In a nutshell, he... was quick, efficient, professional, and accurate. I would use him again without reservation, although I certainly hope I don't have to! Thank you Gary!

Gary did what he promised

I received 2 moving violations. One for making a left turn at a light that I beleive was not operating and then for allegedly speeding in a school zone. These 2 tickets carried a minimum of 9 points, a court appearance, fines, assessment charges and a substantial increase in my insurance premium. I a...m a male over 50 who has never received any type of trafic ticket. I contacted Gary based on his excellent reviews and top score. He contacted me immediately, and was able to outline a course of action. All I had to do was fax Gary the tickets and he took care of everything within a week. He went to court, he had the points reduced to 0. My tickets were reduced to parking tickets and I had to pay the fines. No assessment. No increase in my insurance. I would definitle recomend Gary. Thank you Gary!

Review for Gary Miller, Esq.

Gary Miller provided outstanding counsel and service for me in a moving violation matter. He was extremely knowledgable on the subject matter. The outcome he drove for me was fantastic. He kept me up to speed and informed throughout the process and was very efficient with my time. He also went the... extra mile to make sure everything was resolved with "belt and suspenders" which was important given some of the vagaries of the traffic law system here.

Top Attorney with Speeding Tickets in his District

Gary Miller is stellar at his job. He walked me through the entire process of dealing with a heavy speeding ticket (80 in a 55), and I came out winning with 0 points and a parking violation. If you are looking for the top man in this field, he is the guy!

Exceptional Results! Ticket Dismissal of a 6 Point Speeding Ticket in LI (76 in a 55)!

First some background. Until I worked with Gary, I had never found myself needing legal counsel. The few tickets I received in the past were for minor infractions, so I always just sucked it up, paid the fine and took the defensive driving course. That all changed when I got hit with a 6 point speedi...ng ticket on the LIE. I had the misfortune of running into an officer who was all business: he displayed no sympathy and shoved a ticket in my hand within just a few minutes of getting pulled over. I knew what I was up against if I plead guilty: several hundred bucks for the ticket PLUS a $200 driver responsibility assessment PLUS a sizable increase in my insurance premium. Screw that! ;-) I decided to find myself a good lawyer. I spoke with 5 different lawyers throughout Long Island and Gary gave me the most optimistic prognosis: he would either get the ticket dismissed entirely or have it reduced to ZERO points and a "parking ticket." Whoa, that sounded amazing, but I my healthy skepticism left me unconvinced. I went ahead and googled him and the other lawyers. Then I came upon his reviews on this site. After carefully looking over Gary's 100+ glowing reviews I was like, no way could he be /that/ good, could he? It turns out that he really was! From day one, he was friendly, professional, quick to respond to my questions and always right to the point. He kept me informed of the progress of my case and finally called me one day to announce the good news. He was able to get my ticket completely thrown out in court. DISMISSED! Woohoo! I thanked him BIG then for the awesome work he did--and am now extending my thanks further by sharing my subjective and very positive experience working with Gary Stuart Miller. He kicked some serious butt on my case!
