My son received 17 tickets, he was so stressed that he was going to loose his license. Never been in a situation like this before, I received Gary Miller's phone number from a friend. I received a speeding ticket for going 81 in a 55 on the LIE in Southhampton. I was going to just plead guilty and pay the fine to avoid having to drive two hours to the Hamptons to try and plead not guilty. I did some research as to the fines I would be paying and found out not only would I have 6pt...s on my license, but would be subject to $100 fine every year from the DMV to "assess" my driving. That's not including the $400+ for the ticket and my insurance going up, and the fact that any more points may result in a license suspension, which I could not afford. At that moment, I started looking for a lawyer to get this taken care of. I came across Gary Miller, who had amazing reviews, almost too good to be true. I called his office and explained my situation to the receptionist, and he called me back within a few hours. He explained that he could get this down to a parking ticket with a small fee, and no points. I drove straight to his office that day, paid his attorney fee and gave the receptionist copies of everything she needed. With this lessened ticket and his lawyer fees, I actually saved a lot of money by hiring him. A week before my court date I had been nervous that I should either appear or mail the ticket in just so they don't suspend my license (clearly I don't know how the court system works). I didn't want to bother them with a call, so I sent an email just making sure I was doing the right thing by doing nothing. Gary assured me that everything was going smoothly and being taken care of. He appeared on my court date and called me a day later to let me know that he was able to get this down to a parking ticket with $155 fee, like he promised. He explained to me that he would get a letter from the court and mail it to me right away so that I could have this paid in time. He mailed me the paperwork within a week. It would have been such a mistake to plead guilty or to even think of hiring a different lawyer. I would absolutely suggest anyone to use Gary Miller for any traffic violations. I received a moving violation (crossing from a regular lane into an HOV lane) on the LIE in Suffolk County in early November when I was about to move to Florida. According to the ticket, also the court date wouldn’t be until mid-January, when I no longer would be in New York. Even worse, I found out ...the points would transfer (ugh), would have higher insurance rates (I had to get auto insurance in Florida) and would have to live with the fear of getting another one for 3 years along with the possibility of even higher insurance rates. Was devastated! I didn’t know whether to pay the ticket or fight the ticket. I decided to look into fighting it. I did a lot of research, and read a lot of reviews. I have found out in the past, having a lawyer that specializes in the area that you need help in is very important. According, to Mr. Miller’s profile, he seemed to specialize in the traffic ticket area, and along with that, he got excellent reviews. He fit the profile of what I was looking for. I decided to speak to Mr. Miller before I would make my decision. I called his office up and spoke to his assistant (Ms. Melendez). She was very helpful, courteous, patient, and tried to answer my questions as best she could. Also, his assistant told me that some questions could only be answered by Mr. Miller, whom was in court presently, and would return my phone call after he finished with court. When he called, I explained to him my situation. I asked if there was anything he could do for me? He was very upfront! He told me his fee, and said he could get it reduced down to a parking ticket, NO POINTS, and a fine (and an administrative surcharge on the fine if you want to pay for it on Suffolk County’s web site). He said he would take care of the entire process and that it would be done in a few weeks! All I would have to do is pay the fine and the surcharge on the Suffolk County Traffic Ticket web site! Very skeptical, I asked what were my true chances of getting all those things he just promised? He told me this is what he does, day-in, day-out. I decided to take the chance and fight the ticket. I hired and paid his fee on the spot. Sure enough, a few weeks later, it was all taken care of! I paid the fine on the Suffolk County Traffic Ticket web site and the whole episode was finished! Moving is stressful enough. Now at least I don't have this ticket to worry about and to hang over me for 3 years! Thank you so much Mr. Miller!

I received 5 moving violation tickets in one stop in Nassau County, totaling over 15 points! I was so upset but found Gary from his good reviews. I never met Gary, we conducted all business via fax, phone, email and text but he was the best attorney I could ask for. We had a phone consult where I gav...e him some details about the situation, he told me what I could expect and said that he would show in court for me which worked out well since I am in Cali for the winter anyway. First time to hire a lawyer to defense my traffic violation ticket. Gary is a nice and qualified lawyer. He did what he promised, actually the results came some sort better than what he promised. The most important point is: From Gary help, now probably I will only use lawyer to work for my traffic... tickets in future instead of myself on court. He is really very nice guy.
