Gary knows what he's doing

Got tickets for Improper turn, Failing to signal and No Insurance. I called Gary for help. He said he thought he may be able to save the points. I asked if he could get the fine dismissed too. He said he would try and he explained his approach. Well it worked!! No fuss or muss. Thank You Gary!

I have hired Gary on multiple occasions and he has always been prompt and professional in settling my tickets. 14 points/ 5 tickets. ALL DISMISSED!!

***STOP and READ*** Gary S. Miller is the best lawyer on Long Island bar none! 6 months ago I got hit with 6 tickets and a dozen points. Crossing the solid line entering the HOV lane, no signal, single occupant etc. I called Gary and and he took care of everything, I didn't have to appear in court. ...Gary got them all dismissed. Fast forward 3 months later. I got caught again this time speeding. I was going 80 in a 55, no signal 2 unsafe lane change etc. 5 tickets and 14 points I was stressed but I knew I had Gary in my corner. I called him explained the situation and scanned him my tickets. Gary filed a motion and Kept in touch over the course of 2 months, then I got the call about a week ago ALL DISMISSED! This guy is a monster! I feel like I have a get out of jail free card, If you have a situation look no further and give Gary a call. Rest assured he is the best and will get the job done.

88 MPH Speeding Ticket Gone

I was pulled over in Hicksville for doing 88 MPH in a 40 Limit Zone, which is more than double the speed and over 40 MPH which could be possible suspension of my license and heavy fines. At the time I had a perfect record and had never been ticketed by an officer before. At the time of the infracti...on I received 3 tickets in total: one for Speeding 88 in a 40; one for having stickers on my front windshield and obstructing view; and the last for driving too slow 1 MPH in a 40. I was nervous since I drive a modified car that stands out like a neon sign and constantly bring it to shows. I had put a lot of hard work into this car and I didn't want to lose the ability to drive it after all I'd done with it. I immediately began to search up traffic lawyers within my area and out of all of them, Gary stood out the most. His large number of positive reviews, plus noticing that a few cases he fixed were similar to mine made me pick up the phone and call. I spoke with Gary on the phone and made an appointment to see him in person to explain and show him the tickets. Gary was very easy to communicate with. When I met him at his office he already pointed out a few things the officer did wrong, such as the high and low speed contradicting each other. He told me he doubted I would lose my license, but no guarantee that points would be erased. He said he'd call me with an update in around 30-45 days and that the case could take a few months to sort out. This all happened at the end of February. Gary called me last night at work with the best news; every ticket was dismissed and I didn't have to pay a single penny to the courts! I was absolutely amazed at the results: My record is still clean and Gary saved me a lot of stress and worry about loosing my ability to drive my car and any other possible punishments that would have came along with it. I would 100% recommend Mr. Miller, his services were top notch. As another reviewer stated on here before, he under-promises, but over-achieves with his results. Thank you again!

9 tickets all dismissed

He is the nicest attorney I ever met. I got 9tickets for jump out of HOV lane and the cop write 9 tickets in total include change lane unsafely, following to close, turning signal less than 100 second which is add up to the tickets like free fries from McDonalds, and Gary find out the cop's mistake a...nd help me knock all tickets down, even not 1cent of penalty or dismiss fee.
