My son received a speeding ticket. I did a lot of research, and basically it was the kind of ticket .. on radar, 84 in a 55, that would be incontrovertible. Gary and I spoke and he said the same thing. He said if you want to hire me, I will do my best but these tickets are virtually impossible. M...y son is young and I decided to give it a shot and hire Gary. I received a voice mail and an email telling me my son was found NOT GUILTY! I could NOT believe it. I spoke with Gary and he explained that he brought the case to trial immediately over a comment the ticketing deputy made. How he picked up on such a small thing amazed me! Anyway, my son is ticket free and insurance is still the same!!! Well well well worth Gary's fee. He was really nice to me even though I called a few times. He never lost patience with a worried Mom!

I never write reviews but felt the need to share my experience to help others who are looking for a GOOD LAWYER WHO CAN DELIVER. I had an 8pt speeding ticket and a couple speeding tickets in the last couple years. Afraid I was going to lose my license I was on a quest to find a good lawyer. I ca...lled a couple lawyers they were much more expensive and told me they could get it down to 6pts and to a lesser speeding ticket due to my driving history. I was not satisfed with that answer and kept looking. I happened to stumble upon this site and Gary Miller's profile. I gave him a call, he was very knowledable and the rate was fair. He told me he can get it down to 3pts and to a non speeding ticket and told me to bring cash or credit card to pay for the fine. I hired him and brought money for the legal fees to his Hempstead office and left it with his secretary. His secretary is very nice and helped me in an orderly manner and was fast. I had questions I would email and call him. He would get back to me the very same day. I've had lawyers in the past and to get any information I had to speak to their secretary not with Gary. Day of court Gary got my ticket down from an 8pt ticket to a 3pt ticket with a failure to yield. AMAZING due to my driving history. He delivered what he promised me. I will definitely rehire him if the need to and have spread the word around. You want a lawyer who is responsive,knowledgeable and keeps you informed HIRE GARY MILLER.

My 21 year old son faced an 11 point speeding viloation in Suffolk County, NY with fines well over $1000.00 and quite possibly a 3 month license suspension. This was with the TVA in Suffolk County which not not allow any pleading down at all. I contacted Gary Miller and spoke to him about how to han...dle this potential disaster to my son;s license and car insurance rates. Although Gary made no guarantees he was very knowledgable about the TVA court system and knew many of the police and actual Judges. His fee was a flat one and very reasonable. Gary's tactics posponed the trial several times and always kept in contact with us. Friday December 3, 2010 the case went to trial with the best outcome possible. Gary appears in person for everything to do with the ticket after over one year since the violation we got a super outcome. Gary is honest and may have the skill to best help you with an 11 point Suffolk ticket. He made our Holidays. VERY PLEASED. Gary always responded to our messages or phone calls almost immediately.

Gary was honest and up front with me on my "Illegal Right Turn" ticket in as much as he said it was hard to win, but there was a chance. Losing the case would have been very damaging to my already distressed licence, as I was facing a suspension if not a revocation. I was fully expecting to lose the ...case, but I wanted to have a lawyer represent me as I was in another state at the time of trial. Gary was able to find and exploit the small detail the Police Officer had written the wrong day of the week on the ticket, and because he researched every detail and was well prepared, he was able to have the ticket dismissed. Put plainly, if Gary had simply taken his fee and done even an adequate job, but lost, I would have been facing enormous inconvenience and financial penalty. I needed an attorney after finding traffic tickets in my teenage son's room. He had left for college and thought if he ignored them they would go away. He had 1 for "no front plate" and 2 for "not stopping at a stop sign" (3 points each!) I called Gary and he explained the procedure.
