Excellent Results

I live in California and received a speeding ticket on my way to Montauk. Gary handled all the court appearances for me. With his persistence and knowledge of the law he requested paperwork from the ADA which could not be produced in a timely manner resulting in the dismissal of my case. And his fe...e was more than reasonable!

Saved my license (and my job)

I caught an awful ticket on my way to work 98-55. I googled traffic lawyers, and Gary's name came up as one of the top. I was able to meet with him that afternoon, and he set my mind at ease. His knowledge of the Nassau court system was excellent, and he was able to get me down from an 11 point li...cense revocation to a 6 point offense. On top of that, nearly 18 months had passed since the offense, so I avoided the whole thing completely. Gary's fees were tiny compared to the fines and "responsible driving assessment." I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. I took off 2 stars for the "kept me informed" section, because it was a longggg time between talking to Gary, but that wound up to be for the best. Thanks Gary, I will definitely use you again!

Go with Gary Miller!!! He can get your speeding ticket reduced to practically nothing!!

My husband had an unfortuante driving record, but with Gary's stellar knowledge of the law and familiarity with the Nassau County courts, this giant speeding ticket disappeared. Go with Gary--he wont steer your wrong!!

Grateful Mom

My son got a 91 in a 55 speeding ticket. He could have gotten 8 points on his license or even had his license suspended. Gary was able to get get the ticket lowered to 75 in a 55 with only 4 points. He was very knowledgeable and knew when to present my case to the courts. Also, he responded almost e...very immediately every time I'd e-mail him. I would definitely recommend him.

A Trustworthy Lawyer

Gary was right on target as far as what he knew he could negotiate for me as he went to court two days later after I met with him. I had a speeding ticket (over 23 miles) for going 53 mph in a 30 mph speed zone. I was very thankful that I didn't have to appear in court and take time off from wo...rk. Gary was able to get the ticket down to a traffic violation and zero points. Usually such a violation is 6 points on my license and an increase in auto insurance The ticket fee was $115.00 and the legal fee was over $300.00 but his time and expertise in this matter was well worth it to me. Originally, I was going to claim "guilty" and who knows what the court would have given me as a fine if that happened. But by chance, I came across Gary Miller's information from his website and sent him an e-mail that evening. By the time I came home from work at 10pm, my husband said Gary called which was around 8-9pm. He was very prompt in getting back to me and kept me current with what happened. He kept in touch by phone and e-mail. Everything I did was the last minute and I decided to hire Gary "two" days before I was due in court for the speeding ticket. I was a little nervous giving him a check for the full amount of his legal fee. I met him in his office in Bay Shore and he appeared very sincere and helpful with good advice. I actually felt better about the situation. You will be pleasantly surprised and happy with the results when you hire Gary to handle your legal problem. Good luck and have faith in Gary!
