Traffic Tickets

Gary Miller is a true professional. He returned my phone call promptly and answered all my questions. He took my case and exceeded my expectations for point/fine reduction on the tickets I had received. I would highly recommend him to anyone facing a traffic ticket. He is knowledgeable and honest... about the entire process.

He really delivers.

In May of this year I was pulled over for making an illegal left turn coming out of a parking lot. I didn't know that wasn't allowed, but I guess it wasn't in this case. The officer handed me a rolled up piece of paper and told me to have a good night. When I got home I unrolled the paper and found t...hat on top of receiving a ticket for the illegal turn I was also given a ticket for going 20 miles over the speed limit. I was never told by the officer that I was being given this speeding ticket and there is absolutely no way that I was going 20 miles over the speed limit while making a left turn out of a parking lot. I was looking at 7 points on my license and hundreds in fines and yearly Driver Assessment fees. I knew I had to fight this, but I've never had a ticket before and had no idea how to do it. Luckily I found Gary Miller's information online. I contacted Gary and left him a message. He called me back within the hour and told me to fax over the tickets and he would do his best to get a reduction in the points and fines. He didn't make any promises, but he was very confident that he could sort it out in my favor. It was clear from speaking to him that he had a lot of experience in working through the LI traffic court system. That was the only time I spoke to him. All other communication was by email. End result: BOTH TICKETS HAVE BEEN DISMISSED! Gary knows the LI traffic court system like no other lawyer I researched (I researched a lot) and his rates are very reasonable for the level of service and results that he delivers. If you find yourself in need of help in sorting out LI traffic violations look no further than Gary Miller.

Top notch down to earth attorney

Gary Miller is the one you want on your side when facing any traffic violations. I had received four tickets that could have resulted in a license suspension and fines. Gary Miller met with me on a saturday for the initial consultation, he was very straight forward with the possible outcomes from the...se tickets, but was always positive with how he could handle them. In the end Mr. Miller was to able get all the charges dismissed, relieving me of much stress and worrying. I highly recommend his services to anyone who encounters a traffic infraction of any kind, thank you Gary Miller!

Speeding Ticket Dismissed

I contacted Gary Miller to assist with a speeding ticket I received. Initially we had a phone conversation to discuss the circumstances of my case. All subsequent correspondence was via email and text. Gary was very responsive to all my questions and successfully had my ticket dismissed. I would ...highly recommend Gary Miller!!

Life Saver!

I have known and worked with Gary over the past few years. While i must say I wish I didn't contantly need his services each time i have needed him he has been extremely quick to respond which has kept me at ease. He takes the time to explain how he plans to approach your case and also spends the tim...e to deal with each case big or small. I would recommend Gary to anyone i come across and have multilple times. Gary- Thanks for all your incredible help over the past few years, I only hope you can help others in the same manner i have enjoyed your services.
