This gentleman has been a life saver, (and a money/license saver). I got the referral of Mr. Miller from a friend who received numerous tickets that would have costed him significant fees and points on his license. After Gary did his job on the case it was reduced to a jay walking ticket. From that, ...I knew I needed him, but unfortunately for a much larger traffic violation. I finished doing some work on my sports car and wanted/needed to test out the components to make sure they were working. My car was definitely working well but unfortunately NY state troopers were working as well as I passed him while he was parked on the shoulder at 121mph in a 55mph zone. I saw the lights flicker on and I knew who I would be calling the next day since this happened at 3am. the officer wrote me up for 4 other tickets plus the speeding. I couldn't believe it, I was in immense awe that I still don't know how to truly react besides givin this gentleman the most deserved survey that I could possibly give. If I had more than 4,000 words to express, I sure would. I hope I don't have any more incidents with traffic violations, but if I do I know who I'm getting in contact with. His vast range of distance that he offers to work cases on is very convenient as well. I can't thank him enough. I've referred him to friends of mine and clients that like to enjoy their vehicles due to me working in a sports car dealership. Don't get me wrong, although my case is unusual, he handles anything from minor stop sign cases all the way past my scenario. Let's be real, we all want a good/great lawyer but don't want to spend thousands of dollars on a case for a good/great lawyer. Hiring Gary Miller as my attorney was without a doubt one of the best decisions I have ever made. I received 8 traffic tickets in Nassau County as well as a reckless driving charge which is considered a misdemeanor (crime). Not only did Gary have all my traffic tickets dismissed. I sought Gary's help after getting four tickets. One speeding 100 in a 55, unsafe lane change, no seatbelt and another speeding Going 50 in a 30. Any which of Would have been detrimental to my driving record and insurance rates. Gary not only reduced my 50 in a 30 to a no point parking violation, bu...t got the 100 in a 55, unsafe lane change and no seatbelt tickets fully dismissed. He did all this while not charging me an arm and a leg. Overall, I'd say Gary's an amazing lawyer. He's the guy you call when you think "well being able to drive was a nice privilege to have." Gary is the best you can find on Long Island, and even if I get in trouble elsewhere I will call him for sure (just in case). I have used his expertise twice in the past 3 years, and he has delivered each time (dismissed a total of 5 tickets, and he has saved me a total of at least 12 points). Bas...ically Gary saved my drivers license this second time I messed up with the wrong trooper. Gary is a busy man but when possible he will take the time and be a great person to talk to about anything. He's also a well travelled and very educated man.
