Desired Outcome Achieved

Within minutes of leaving a message with Gary's answering service during off hours on the day i got ticketed, Gary called me back. I was panicking because i was facing big points on my license and otherwise had a perfectly clean driving record. Gary calmed me down and explained what he would do an...d that he was fairly confident he could get it reduced. Fast forward to today: he was able to get me zero points and a fine. I am extremely grateful to Gary for achieving this result, and cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone needing these kind of legal services.

Very happy with Mr Miller

I was issued an 1180B (80 in a 55) on NY27 in Southampton in October of 2013. I pleaded not guilty, but realized a needed a lawyer. I contacted Mr Miller and gave him all the information I could about what happened, and he told me it should be no problem. The charge was dropped to a parking ...ticket, saving me 6 points and money on my insurance premium had I been convicted. If I ever get a speeding ticket on Long Island again, I am calling Mr. Miller.

Traffic Ticket

Mr. Miller was highly recommended to me by my cousin and I was very impressed with his Avvo reviews. I contacted Mr. Miller just two days prior to the court hearing. We were issued incorrectly few tickets for no license, plates and registration, when we had already provided all the proof of tempor...ary license and registration documentation for our newly purchased car. Mr. Miller was very prompt in returning my call and I explained our situation. Mr. Miller was very understanding. I faxed the tickets to his office and immediately Mr. Miller called me back and assured me not to worry about anything, he would appear and handle case in the court at such a short notice. He kept me updated and informed. The case was resolved with no points and tickets dismissed with one minimum fee. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Miller as attorney for all traffic and moving violation related issues. Thank you so much, Mr. Miller for you prompt help to resolve the matter. God bless.

BEST LAWYER IN LI!

I was desperate need of a lawyer after i received a speeding ticket in nassau for going 21 MPH over the speeding limit..that's six points! Mind you i already have 10 points on my license! 2 previous speeding tickets.. So this would've suspended my license I contacted Mr Miller through email on a su...nday and the next day he personally calledme from hiscell phone ! Ialready felt very confident in him! Most Good lawyers usually have they're receptionists contact you or one of they're associated's in the office.. And i hate that I prefer dealing with the lawyer one on one not through they're employees After speaking with mr miller he said they're was only a slight chance he could get it completely dissmissed.. Since my record is not good.. No problem i told him i have faith in you His office is right in front of the court so he knows most of the prosecutors and lawyers..which gave me even more confidence in him A week before the court date Mr Miller calls me telling me my speeding ticket has been reduced to a jaywalking violation 0 points Wowi was truely lost to words! Will definitely recommend!

NOTHING BUT AMAZING!

I received three tickets and running a risk of losing my license. Which is a problem because I drive a lot for my job. I needed an attorney to help me out. I came across Gary Miller on Avvo.com. He kept me in the loop with the court dates and what the outcome would be. I did have to appear in court.... Gary met me there and handled everything! Two of the three tickets were reduced and no points on my license! The third was dismissed. He exceeded my expectations. If you need a traffic attorney - hire Gary Miller. Thank you!
