The reason I said Person is because Camilla is More than a Attorney. My history with Attorneys has been a Nightmare. When you think of an attorney you think "shady" "non Trustworthy" "not willing to fight for you", and the list goes on (Believe me with my previous lawyers, I could go on). Camilla i...s None of the Above! Camila is the "Kobe Bryant" aka. "Black Mamba" of Workers Comp Attorneys. She's a Magician with a Killer Instinct. Here's a brief Overview of my Case, and what Camilla accomplished for Me. After being Hurt for 4 yrs, and having a failed surgery on my back I thought I ran out of Treatment Options. So I turned to alternative treatments to try and help the pain. If you don't know it is almost impossible to get your workers comp Insurance company to pay for alternative treatments, and paying out of pocket is impossible. So sitting around in pain all day I decided to do some research to figure out my options. Long story short I figured out a way that I may be able to receive treatment for my Pain, that would be beneficial for me and my workers comp Insurance carrier. I went to my Lawyer at the time and he rejected my research, told me it's impossible, and basically told me that He wouldn't even try, and to just accept my Condition. At this point I was end of my rope and just looking for someone to Try for me. I needed Someone that believed in what I was trying to achieve and someone that would Fight for Me and My Injury. It is a blessing that I found this young lady. She is the best worker's comp lawyer on long island and in all new york for sure. I was representing myself in my comp case because I didn't know it didn't cost me anything to hire a lawyer and in my life all I ever had with lawyers was bad experiences.... Besides, whenever I went to the board all I saw were unhappy people who hated their lawyers. Where can I start? She is amazing. Her brain is like a pandora box of knowledge. She can predict every step of the case ages before you come to cross that path, and she knows exactly what you should do each time. She will get you the most money possible with the least amount of troublesome fightin...g. She is also as sweet as can be, such a good heart. One of the most compassionate and caring people I ever came across. But she is not a phone person. If you need her, text her or email her, don't call her. She is great in person, but due to a disability she can't use the phone for talking. Just for texting.
