Mark has worked in the legal department of multiple cable television networks, giving him the rare opportunity to negotiate and draft high-level contracts with famous talent, leading production companies and major advertising and marketing agencies.
Mr. Montanaro also manages the firm’s Estate Planning practice group, enabling individuals and business owners to safeguard their assets as they build their individual and business portfolios which may include real estate, business shares, financial accounts, and pensions.
Mr. Montanaro also manages the firm’s Criminal and Driver Defense practice group. Mark is regularly sought out by individuals who find themselves fighting the justice system in connection with a motor vehicle related issue such as DWI/DUI/DWAI or charged with some sort of criminal activity. This lawyer dragged his feet and billed us for work he never performed. He is never available to take a call and never responds to emails. Hired him because he said he would take of the traffic tickets. He did nothing more for me than I could have done for myself in the end. Replied last July 19, 2022Prior to taking any traffic ticket case, we speak with the potential client to outline the potential outcomes for their case. Unfortunately, our clients don't always tell us if they had prior traffic tickets in the past three (3) years which can limit our ability to negotiate a traffic ticket to a non-moving violation with the court. Courts routinely look to penalize persistent violators. If we were forced to plea to the charge in your case, it was because you are a persistent violator of the vehicle and traffic law. If you were suspended pending prosecution, that is once again due to the severity of your traffic ticket and/or your persistent violator status. All of this confusion can be eliminated when the client is forthwith about the status of his/her drivers license at the outset of the attorney engagement. In any case, we would have received on your behalf a reduced fine for taking such plea. So to say we did nothing, is certainly inaccurate. Unfortunately, we do not even know if you are indeed a client, but if you are, I am always a phone call away to discuss the outcome of your case. Therefore, I have to disagree with your review.
