Excellent Attorney!!!

I don't generally write reviews unless I am really impressed with service that I receive. I feel people should know about Steven Sack. When people are in financial and professional despair, such as is in my case, especially after a wrongful termination, you can count on Steven Sack to stand tall behi...nd you. Apart from his initial consultation fee, he did not charge me anything else until the case was settled based on our mutual agreement. He believed in me and won me a settlement when others will not even take my case. His communication approach was "excellent". I did not have to call him at all or see him personally. Everything was done through effective communication by him via email or phone calls from him when he had to. He did not place any undue financial burden on me and my family. That makes a big difference with his approach and in my life and that of my family. I thank you and I will forever be grateful that you could see through the case from the beginning and take it on. A big THANK YOU to you and may God continue to bless you and your family!!!

A pleasure to work with

Steve helped me navigate my way through a tricky negotiation. He provided sound advice at every turn, advised but was not pushy whenever I had a decision to make, and even offered to help me find someone specialized in the type of situation I was in. He was very generous with his time even when it d...idn’t look like there was much of an upside for him financially. I will definitely be back for help in understanding & negotiating future contracts.

Steven is a Game changer

I first learned about Steven from a father on my daughter's soccer team who was a commissioned sales rep in the ski business and Steven was their trade association attorney. Steven made sure the reps were being treated fairly, and Dave told me that Steven was the best employment lawyer I would ever ...meet in my life, fair honest and truly just a nice person. It wasn't until several years later that I needed Steven's services for some employment contract issues I was having. I got Steven's number from from Dave and called Steven. He answered his phone, asked me a couple questions regarding my situation and told me to bring all my documents to his Park Avenue office for a consultation to see if he could help me. We had a very nice meeting and he thought I had a good case, I hired Steven on the spot. Steven has one simple rule; he does what he says he is going to do, if he says he is going to call you at 8:00 in the morning you get his call at 8:00 in the morning. My case was somewhat complicated and was divided in to two parts. Steven negotiated a huge settlement for the first part of my case with in the first 6 months. He doesn't miss a trick and his attention to detail is second to none. Steven told me early on in my case if we got a settlement he would give me back the retainer I paid him and sure enough the day the first settlements checks came in Steven handed me a check for the retainer I paid. I have been working with Steven for more that a year now and I view him as a friend. I met one of his two sons who is a fine young man and a credit to Steven who is a true family man and a down to earth person, he is the real thing. He cares and believes about what he does, he is always honest, helpful and trustworthy. We are still working very closely together on the second part of my case. He has a unique tactic to obtain and collect information about the case. Steven gave me a large series of questions to answer. detailing everything about me and my case even to the detail of how I met my wife. We worked together for hours after I answered the questions. He learned every detail about my case, he knew every nuance and he had it all documented. He told me that I had to work hard on the answers but committed that this process would be extremely helpful later on in my case. We also needed to secure some of my evidence with a company who does a chain of custody and Steven found the top company on the east coast who offers this service. I also needed to get the advise of a forensic account and Steven got me a consultation with a top notch firm at a very fair price. He always concerns himself with the money I have to spend on my case, making sure that I get the best value for my dollar. Steven also never lets me forget that I am the client and that he works for me. Steven has the highest degree of ethics, morals and the goodness of human character. Steve is always working and has a work ethic that you wouldn't believe, he starts early in the morning until late at night, and it is not uncommon to spent hours together on my case on any given Sunday, it come down to what ever it takes to get the job done, Steven is with me every step of the way. We still have a long road ahead of us with my case and his level of energy is like the first night we met. He still takes my call when ever I call and makes me feel like I am his only client and my case is the most important case he has. I have been blessed to be able to develop the relationship that I have with Steven and feel that working with him will be a game changer in my life. Steven is very good at what he does and is a credit to the law profession.

Excellent ethics and very knowledgeable in employment related issues

I have recently consulted with Attorney Steven Sack on an employment related matter. Steven responded to my inquiry quickly and followed with timely consultation to look at my case further. Prior to Steven, I had consulted with 4 different lawyers but none of them worked out for me. Oh the 4th one w...as very good but is 80 miles away from NYC. The first one was a big Law firm, it won't even take my case after knowing there's not much monetary value involved. The second one asked for research service charge at front for more than 3k without even providing legal suggestion or services yet. The third one kept changing his service charge upon each phone calls and no solid service provided. The fourth one was too far away from NYC that just didn't work. Steven looked at my case and analysed pros and cons. In my case, it is the best to go through regular HR process. He guided me to write statement letter over the weekend and edited it numerous times without charging a penny. The consultation fee was a reasonable charge for couple of hundreds $. I am very thankful for his timely responses and reasonable charge. Steven always responses to emails quickly and follows up with necessary phone calls. I highly recommend him to you if you are searching for some lawyers with excellent ethics and knowledge. His office location is also quite easy to get to.
