Great Experience!

I am grateful that I was referred to Steven Sack by another law firm. I felt my options were limited and that perhaps a satisfactory resolution was impossible. Then I met Steven Sack. Professional, no-nonsense, and extremely empathetic is what I found within 5 minutes of speaking with Steven. His gui...dance and support in navigating the process was invaluable. His expertise led to a quick and positive outcome - a severance much more than I had imagined. I am grateful for his hard work and dedication to my case. I highly recommend Steven Sack without reservation.

High Praise for Attorney Steven Mitchell Sack!

After 25 years I was let go from my job at a large and well-known company. Steven came highly recommended to me by a former colleague. Every step of the process from the initial consultation, to the negotiation of my severance package was made painless by Steven. He was kind, empathetic, and hone...st with me. His approach was direct, which comes from years of experience in employment law. . He’s tough, but has a way of talking to other lawyers that is not off-putting. It was this exact approach that got me more severance. An attorney that always takes your call, and responds to emails quickly, Steven is a rock star! I highly recommend him.

The most professional and attentive lawyer I have ever worked with!

Steven Sack has helped with a very pressing employment issue I have been dealing with at my job. I wrote him a message on AVVO explaining the situation I was in and what advice I needed and he called me within the hour. It was well after work hours yet he still spoke with me and consulted me and off...ered amazing advice that was immensely helpful. He responds to emails quickly and calls back any time of day or night. I have never worked with a lawyer that I felt genuinely wanted the best for me and wanted to help me just because of his character and who they are as a person. If you are looking for help with an employment/job related issue I truly urge you to seek Steven's help he is passionate lawyer who knows employment law very well! I cant recommend him highly enough!

Steven Sack - The Employee Lawyer

We consulted Mr. Sack when after blindsided by a termination of his laudable work going back decades. The termination had the distinct odor of a political agenda but was dismissed as within the employer's rights as an at-will employee. In our initial consultation with Mr. Sack he got immediately do...wn to business to access if there was a case. There was - yet Mr. Sacks judiciously pointed out the benefits of not litigating and finalizing a settlement. He stuck with us - guiding us through the process - follow-ups with Mr. Sacks were fact-filled and confidence-inspiring. Mr. Sack is the David when you are wrestling with an Employer Goliath. He is quick, decisive with a laser-tackle to the crux, a auto-pilot command of all the legalities and yet once, always open and genuflecting to the client's wishes. And while his focus is specific to the case and masterful to resolution, to witness his enthusiasm to helping the powerless is more aptly described as a mission. Mr. Sack instilled a reverence for the do-good lawyer and his unflinching effort so impressive that we left with a regained respect for the balanced power of the law. Assigning Mr. Sack 5 stars is actually an understatement because his work is beyond superlatives.

Outstanding! A lawyer with human compassion...

During a horrific ordeal approximately four and one half years ago, I was depressed anxious and beside myself. I was in desperate need of an attorney. I was seeking out a lawyer who I could completely trust, be compassionate and understanding of the mental and emotional anguish that I was feeling at... the time. A lawyer who was professional and understood the specific law and its processes. When I didn't know who, what or where to turn to, I reached out to a friend and was referred to Steven Sack. Steven was all the things I hoped and wished for in an attorney. He was a godsend! During the consultation Steven patiently and intensively listened to what I had to say. Steven was not dismissive or crude to the things I was explaining to him. He however, was focused and allowed me to state my situation. In a professional manner, Steven inquired about the facts and evidence that I could offer to substantiate my case. Steven carefully analyzed and reviewed the information I had in my possession. His preliminary assessment was relieving. He in his professional wisdom stated to me that indeed there was a legitimate case. Steven's encouragement and moral support made feel human and worthy again. He then indicated the steps that we're going to be necessary to take moving forward. We began to pursue legal action. It was important to both Steven and I to consistently communicate telephonically and or via email. Steven was always made himself available to speak to me at any given time. Whenever, I had doubts or a question Steven gave me moral and professional support. I am happy to say that after two years of diligently working my case, that it was gratifyingly concluded. In conclusion...when you find a dedicated and sincere attorney who willingly gives his/her all to fight for a righteous cause, it is a wonderful feeling when you emerge victoriously. I wish you the very best in your legal endeavors. Godspeed to you always!
