Service highlights: 1. his honesty and clarity regarding our case and the possible hardships and outcomes we should prepare for. he did not mislead us with false hopes, he shared clearly the reality of the situation (with a possibilty for success) 2. his quick actions in expediting necessary filings, his quick responses to our calls and communications. 3. Given the hardship of the 2020 Covid 19 court closures and modifications, Mr.. Ariel was still able to work our case patiently yet aggressively, and he shared with us so that we can also maintain our patience and hope for resolution. 4. His financial charges were fair and very clear in his billing. this affirms his honesty and clarity with those he represents. 5. his calm demeanor is important, especially when the customer is dealing with a stressful situation. 6. his experience is reflected in a good relationship with judges, plaintiffs, other attorneys...though not directly observed but the successful outcome of case and certain meetings documented do indicate this. I would strongly recommend the hiring of Mr. Poltielov. We plan to continue to use his services. I wish he'd open an office in Manhattan , since we are in Manhattan
