I have been working with Ariel around 6 to 9 months. I found him very professional, personable, willing to talk with me on the telephone and prompt in returning emails. He did a nice job explaining things to me. He was able to negotiate my timeshare case to a very low amount. I am thankful he took ...on my case and helped me. If he had been the first attorney assigned to me over the past 3 years, I believe my case would have been over sooner. He helped me prevent foreclosure of my timeshare.

Mr. Ariel Poltielov was our attorney for a case regarding a tax lien/auction situation with regards to our church property and the state/city of NY. His financial charges were fair and very clear in his billing. this affirms his honesty and clarity with those he represents. 5. his calm demeanor is important, especially when the customer is dealing with a stressful situation. 6. his experience is reflected in a good relationship with judges, plaintiffs, other attorneys...though not directly observed but the successful outcome of case and certain meetings documented do indicate this. I would strongly recommend the hiring of Mr. Poltielov. We plan to continue to use his services. I wish he'd open an office in Manhattan , since we are in Manhattan
