I hired James to close on a sell of a NYC co-op apt and a house purchase in Long Island. He was great as both a seller and buyer attorney. He carefully vetted thru all docs to ensure the house we purchased did not have any illegal structures all permits are accounted for. Very knowledgable, professi...onal and responsive. He is also very approachable and explains every step of the way in a non-attorney language. I highly recommend him.

I can not say enough great things about James. I can simply say I used him twice times with in three-four months. He helped with the selling of our place, closing of our new home as well as handling a sticky situation with our Real Estate agent. I was lucky enough to find James through my real estate agent. I used a very popular listing agent in the Queens area. I figured since they had a great sales record, they would have a good attorney to recommend. They certainly did just that. The first and foremost comment I would say is that I w...ould highly recommend him for any services you may need. He was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain every detail to me in the process. He quickly responded to my calls and or text messages. Not only does he respond quickly, he gives you his personal cell phone to keep in contact with. Who else would do that? Normally, you call the layers office, get the secretary, get put on hold, she takes a message and it either gets lost or takes hours to get to the attorney. You cant beat the way he handles his clients. In closing, don't hesitate to hire this man for any of your needs. You wont be disappointed.
