Daniel O'Toole

Hello to all those who will read these words coming from my heart. I’m afraid my English skills do not allow me to properly express how wonderful everyone in this firm is but I will try my best. Daniel O‘Toole and his firm made it possible for me to be that one son that can say to his mother “Mom ..., I found the best people in the world and they fought very hard for you! Mom, better than this is not possible!” And you better believe that I did tell her that. The feeling of knowing that your mother was really taken care of 1000% cannot be expressed with words, dear people. It’s the best feeling in the word. Yes , I am a mamma’s boy and I saw my mother in a lot of pain and it was hard, it was heart breaking. And I did not want to let her down. The EXTRAORDINARY result was no surprise , those who know this firm also know that if they think they can help you, nothing can stop them. But what was really memorable about the entire experience is the fact that Daniel O’Toole treated my mother like it was her own. He really did. Before we met him professionals often brought up my mothers age when discussing things. Not Danny! Yes I know he’s a very important man in NYC, but I can call him Danny, because not only he showed my mother so much love and respect , he also showed me a lot of respect when he got to see how much I was trying to be helpful to mom!! I can go on and on about this new family we found . Yes they are a law firm but they treat you like family. Whether they’re meeting you in person, or you’re talking on the phone or email, from the nice people at the front desk and everyone that follows , they treat you like a family. You will feel very fortunate to meet a wonderful team up there. I would like to thank Attorney Kristian Krober, a brilliant attorney as well as Attorney Fred Aranki a real expert and all their wonderful clerical staff. My mom called me today saying (I’m translating) “I got a Christmas card from that nice man” she recognized Danny’s picture on the card. What more can I say. God bless all of you at Block, O ‘Tole & Murphy this Christmas. This world needs more of you. And to Danny, from my mom and I , Merry Christmas & Happy and Healthy New Year to your mom as well!

I highly recommend BOM. Mr. Daniel O'Toole and Scott Occhiogrosso were very patient, friendly and explanatory. They were working on my father case day and night making sure that he will not only get compensated for pain and suffering but also had enough money for all future and ongoing medical bills.... I had the pleasure and honor to be represented by Daniel O'Toole after a traumatic life changing car accident that happened in 2007 and resulted - so far - in 30 surgeries and over 8 months of stay in a hospital. On October 23, 2012, My son was involved in a life threatening vehicle accident which resulted in Tramatic Brain Injury and an 8 month coma.
