I had hired James for two closings on coops. James was extremely friendly and sat down with both me and boyfriend. He got to know us personally and we were able to form a friendly relationship. He explained every detail of the way making us feel comfortable. On the coop which I was selling, James... went above and beyond to ensure that I would be able to close on it after encountering problems on the buyer's end. James also helped me close on another coop in which I currently live. During the closing, he was very personable and you could tell he had a great relationship with the coop attorney. He also followed up with us later on to ensure everything worked out!

He worked diligently with myself and the board's attorney to come up with a viable solution that was acceptable to all parties. His representation prevented me from being subject to thousands of dollars in potential fines. Overall I would definitely recommend James for his professional demeanor, attention to detail, and expert knowledge of the law. I will definitely be retaining him for any future legal issues I may have.
