In early December 2023, I had an issue with my previous attorney which was substantially impacting my closing. Before James, I had a closing date scheduled, but due to my prior attorney's actions, it was canceled and I immediately had to secure a new attorney. I was introduced to James by Michael M...iguel from EXP realty, but for me the clock was ticking. My original closing date was 12/14 which was canceled. After switching attorneys, James had to quickly get up to speed and ensure that I could close the following week on 12/21/23. Not closing by 12/21 was not an option. James quickly mobilized the title team, worked with the buyers attorney, made sure all of the closing paperwork was in order and on 12/21/23 I successfully closed and sold my house. Without James's expertise and fire to get the job done, I may not have been able to do this, but he got it done! I cannot thank James and his team enough for working so quickly in a murky situation for me to not only close but to close accurately without any mistakes. Thank you!

James Franzetti was the ultimate professional. When I first reached out to Mr. Franzetti's office, I was distraught with a company that wasn't careful conducting business. The experience of falling in the Hudson River while on a sailboat run by an amateur was quite traumatic. I will never forget swim...ming to safety in the strong current, worried for my life.
