My husband and I continue to have remarkable and extremely positive experience with Mr. James Franzetti, as our attorney for real estate dealing mainly, and other tangential legal matters, over the years. Recently, we sold our house of 41 years and purchased a co-op unit, remaining in Westchester ...County, NY. What started out as a real estate attorney’s relationship a number of decades ago with us, his couple client, grew to include my daughter’s real estate dealings ( a studio co-op purchased in Manhattan, the sale of the Manhattan studio co-op, then the purchase of a Manhattan 2 bedroom condo, and most recently the purchase of a Westchester home). James is the best! When you deal with him, he deal directly with him. Not with a paralegal or an AA. He gets back to you promptly and is such a pleasure to work with. I had my share of real estate attorneys and I can say he is a breath of fresh air. Just very laid back and easy to deal with. Just a l...ittle context. We recently closed on a house in Bayside. This was the 2nd time working with James. Previously, we had a closing in Whitestone that didn't go through but even so the experience with James was great. He helped us with getting back the down payment and all. And through all that, he was understanding of the situation. Not your typical run of the mill attorneys who only sees dollar signs. So this time around we reached to James again for our Bayside purchase. Communication was on spot and closing went well. Since property had some pending DOB jobs we did an escrow account. Even 6 months after closing, we reached out to James and he helped us retrieve the escrow money. Just an amazing individual and easy to work with. Transparent throughout the whole process. Due to sudden illness of both my parents, I had no other choice but to sell their houses. James was recommended to me by my realtor. Which turned out to be the best decision ever.
