James is the best! When you deal with him, he deal directly with him. Not with a paralegal or an AA. He gets back to you promptly and is such a pleasure to work with. This was the 2nd time working with James. Previously, we had a closing in Whitestone that didn't go through but even so the experience with James was great. So this time around we reached to James again for our Bayside purchase. Communication was on spot and closing went well. Since property had some pending DOB jobs we did an escrow account. Even 6 months after closing, we reached out to James and he helped us retrieve the escrow money. Just an amazing individual and easy to work with. Transparent throughout the whole process.
