James Franzetti was referred to us by our family attorney. He represented us in the sale of a 2 family home in Brooklyn in which we were co-owners with another family member. My husband and I continue to have remarkable and extremely positive experience with Mr. James Franzetti, as our attorney for real estate dealing mainly, and other tangential legal matters, over the years. Recently, we sold our house of 41 years and purchased a co-op unit, remaining in Westchester ...County, NY.
