My husband and I continue to have remarkable and extremely positive experience with Mr. James Franzetti, as our attorney for real estate dealing mainly, and other tangential legal matters, over the years. Recently, we sold our house of 41 years and purchased a co-op unit, remaining in Westchester ...County, NY. What started out as a real estate attorney’s relationship a number of decades ago with us, his couple client, grew to include my daughter’s real estate dealings ( a studio co-op purchased in Manhattan, the sale of the Manhattan studio co-op, then the purchase of a Manhattan 2 bedroom condo, and most recently the purchase of a Westchester home).
