I hired James Franzetti for a RE contract and closing.As I met him in his office at the same moment the contract was sent to the opposing attorney. This attorney is the most competent and efficient there exists in the 5 boroughs. Most attorneys will send a contract out the next day ,next week or wh...en they get to it. Mr Franzetti gets the job done yesterday. I happen to be a very demanding individual and Mr Franzetti fulfilled my need to the most.
