Judy is an amazing real estate attorney. She is very detailed-oriented and knowledgeable in all matters relating to real estate law. From the first time I spoke to her on the phone, she was dedicated to helping my wife and I have a successful home purchase. We found Judy through my Hyatt Law subsc...ription provided by my employer. Even though our case offered her less profit, she never treated us like a second-class client. She was always responsive to phone calls and emails. On our first meeting, we met for the initial review of the contract. Judy was very well prepared for the meeting. She researched the history of the property and of the seller. Additionally, she suggested amendments to the contract (such as contract deposit percentage, contract duration, and closing location) that would help best protect our money and for a smooth eventual closing. It is such little things which put us at ease throughout the process. Judy also took time out of her busy weekend to meet with us for the contract signing. Between contract signing and closing, Judy stayed engaged and checked to make sure all aspects of the process was moving forward. She diligently reviewed all the documents we sent prior to signing them. During the closing process, Judy explained all the documents and the way the final payment amount was reached. She even caught a discrepancy in the final water bill owed by the seller that all the other parties missed. We truly believe it was her efforts which resulted in a smooth, quick and issue-free closing. Judy has earned lifelong clients in us. I contacted Judy in regards to assisting me with my Advanced Directives. Initially we communicated via email, which was very convenient for me. Judy was very responsive and sent over a detailed questionnaire that helped me to outline all my wishes. The questionnaire was extremely helpful, as some of ...the questions listed I would have not thought to address. After many emails back and forth fine tuning the documents and a phone call; I was able to meet with Judy to execute the documents. Judy was very thorough in her explanations, efficient, and respectful of my time (I had to head to work after our meeting). Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend Judy.

Working with Judy on our Brooklyn condo purchase was a fantastic experience. She had a great attitude and obvious commitment to helping us get the best outcome possible. We had a long home purchase process involving a number of accepted offers falling through (I believe 5 in total). Judy was very pat...ient and diligent about reviewing each and every offer with urgency and care. She provided strong consultation as to the pros and cons of each deal with a holistic approach. Her process is thorough and always keeps buyers interest in mind. At times that can be against 'what you want to happen' and 'what your agent wants to happen'. However, we found it invaluable to put some faith into her abilities and deep experience. Ultimately we could not be more satisfied with the outcome.

Creating a will, advanced directives, and a health care proxy is not a fun task so luckily Judy was there to make it as easy as possible. She was knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and explained things in a way to make sure we understood what each document meant.
