We recently closed on a house with a particularly difficult seller, but Judy went toe-to-toe with the seller's attorney to ensure that even in today's seller's market we got all the contractual protections we needed. Her experience allowed ...her to see two steps ahead and build-in added layers of protection in the contracting stage. When our loan was held-up in underwriters' limbo she worked back channels to ensure we could close on time. And when the sellers repeatedly asked, post-contracting, to stay in the house after closing, Judy politely, but firmly declined their many requests. She is not only experienced, but she is also very available. She even met us at 7pm so we could sign the contract. Judy is an excellent lawyer who helped us with our first home purchase in Brooklyn. She helped adjust the contract so that we would have added layers of protection - she really looks o...ut for her clients! As we neared the closing Judy was essential to making sure the sponsor's attorney, bank and bank attorney were all connected and on the same page to get the final documents correct.
