Judy S. Mock

It was a pleasure working with Judy Mock and her team (Isabella and Ekjot) over the past 6 months for estate planning. I first met Judy 6 years ago when I purchased my first house. She was my real estate attorney and reviewed all of the documents for the successful purchase of my house. Recent...ly, I thought it would be wise to begin estate planning for my entire family (my parents, my sister, and me). Judy had a special package that included a simple Last Will & Testament, Health Care Proxy, Living Will, and a Power of Attorney. After meeting with Judy and reviewing our situation, she advised that we also create trusts in order to protect our assets. If we didn't create trusts, the probate process to transfer assets through the courts would cost much more than if we created these trusts. Judy walked my family through the entire process and answered all of our questions. She had diagrams to explain the process of estate inheritance and the importance of having all of our documents in place (Last Will & Testament, Health Care Proxy, Living Will, a Power of Attorney, and trusts). It took us several months to gather all of the necessary documents and review the estate documents. Once that was done, Judy and her team prepared the documents for execution and notary. Everything was completed in one hour in our last meeting. My family and I truly appreciate the time and guidance that Judy had provided us with in the complex world of estate planning. We hope to work with her again in the future for any additional estate matters.
