My fiancé and I were excited to find a seemingly perfect condo in a new building and were thrilled when our offer was accepting. However, it was our first time buying in New York and we knew we'd need help. While we waited for the paperwork from the condo she was amazing at checking in and giving me updates and was able to work with my hectic schedule to get a meeting on the books; along with sending me all the paperwork so I was able to prepare questions in advance of our meeting. When we met she had done her due diligence and thoroughly gone through all the paperwork the Sponsor had sent over - finding out that no only had the Sponsor gone bankrupt, but he had several other buildings in Brooklyn with massive issues. Judy saved us from buying in to a poorly built, potential disaster. She did the background work needed to ensure that we were taken care of and making smart investments - its rare to find a lawyer who has your back like that! This sale obviously didn't pan out, but Judy will be the only lawyer we use for any upcoming purchases!
