She was professional, personable, and crystal-clear about all the steps we needed to take from start to finish. We set up several phone consultations, during which she answered all of our (many) questions in a di...rect and understandable way, and she always took the time to make sure we knew exactly what decisions we needed to make as well as how to go about making those decisions. After receiving AWFUL customer service from 3 different lawyers in our area, we finally reached out to Judy who was extremely communicative, thorough..., and responsive from the start. She was very honest and advised us to wait the extra couple of months until our 2nd child was born to get the most out of the benefit and save money. Not only did she talk through what needed to be done for the will, draft, and fully execute our wills in a timely fashion, but she made sure that we had considered every possible scenario beyond what a will required us to consider.
