This was our first time estate planning, and she walked us through the process patiently. She answered all of our questions and took the time to make sure we were ultimately comfortabl...e with the decisions. She was available and did not pressure us in any way. We also shopped around prior to choosing to work with her and found that her fee was more than reasonable and fair, and we really appreciated her friendly and warm demeanor and objective/rational approach.
