I don't satisfied with the service at all...
I would not recommend this attorney , stay away.. Never pick up the phone, never return the call.. The consultation is worst., waist money

Replied last December 09, 2020Dear Irina, You came to my office with your parents on Friday afternoon and asked me to make an amendment to a trust set up by another lawyer in 2010. I told you that I first have to review that trust (40 pages long) to make sure it can be amended and it is NOT IRREVOCABLE. When I asked you why you don't want to contact this other lawyer who set up a trust in the first case, you called this lawyer several names and said you would never go back to him. Even though you refused to pay for my consultation until l I tell you "how much this trust amendment will cost us", I went ahead and reviewed this trust, prior to your consultation and advised you that it is IRREVOCABLE and can not be amended. You then proceeded with my consultation as you wanted me to find a way to deposit a check because you did not want to pay for creation of a new trust or for any other work. During consultation I actually came up with several options for you not to incur additional costs and to OPEN TRUST ACCOUNT under the original 2020 trust. I also went above and beyond my call of duty and contacted a financial planner who you wanted to see right away so the trust account can be open and check deposited with financial institution. Even though both financial planner and I are closing early on Friday for Shabbat, after I personally called and asked him to help you right away, he met with your family on the same afternoon and went over all that you will have to do to open such account and even provided you with his personal cell phone number. You realized that you lost a tax ID for that trust (which was set up in 2010 by another attorney) and I contacted my friend - a fellow attorney who used to work for the lawyer who set up the trust originally to see if she can recover it for you. This was all done after your consultation and on my own free time. However on Sunday afternoon you called Financial planner's personal cell phone that he gave you and stated that you "no longer want the account set up with his company and to put everything on hold". Monday night at 6 pm, as we were closing, you called my office and asked to speak to me right away as you had "numerous other additional questions" that you failed to address during the initial consultation. My paralegal advised you that I was dealing with an emergency for another client whose father was dying in the hospital and that I will return your phone call as soon as I have a chance. You, however, proceeded to write this nasty review after you hang up the phone with my paralegal without even giving me a chance to respond to you or to address your concerns. Moreover, you proceeded to leave messages on my personal voice mail after my office closed demanding that I call you back, knowing that you posted a negative review for my office. I allocated time in my calendar for a follow up conference with you for 9 am today. However, given the circumstances, I think it's better that you find another attorney to represent you and your family and that you refrain from contacting my office in the future. I always go above and beyond for all my clients and I believe in providing my clients with excellent service and actually a piece of my heart and soul, as I really want to help each and every client. However, in this case you simply do not appreciate my time, my sound advice and that of other professionals who I engaged to help you. I ask that you remove this review in 24 hours as it does not honestly and faithfully represent our interaction, as I am sure you are aware. We pride ourselves in giving our clients professional, skilled, and proficient legal services and representation, which is what Irina's family received. But, you don’t have to take my word for it. Rather, check us out yourself and judge us by the experience we provide you.
