Biography
Julia Greenberg is an accomplished immigration attorney with over 11 years of experience. Her Manhattan-based boutique law office is only steps away from the USCIS New York field office where Ms. Greenberg spends much of her time representing immigrants in complex immigration cases.
Since 2006, Ms. Greenberg has represented countless clients from individuals to corporations. She is skilled in all areas of immigration law, including removal (deportation), asylum, family immigration, business and investor’s petitions, and employment-based immigration. Ms. Greenberg takes pride in assisting immigrants who have been unable to get satisfactory results with other immigration attorneys. Ms. Greenberg is admitted to practice before the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals, Southern, Northern and Eastern districts of New York, the New York Supreme Court, and all immigration courts within the United States. She belongs to the New York City Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) where she is a member in good standing at the New York Chapter. Ms. Greenberg is also fluent in Russian.
